This beautiful island is one of the most wonderful places to stay in Paris. This 160 m2 apartment is on the top floor of the building On the main level of the apartment, is the living room, dining room and kitchen. The lounge is about 50 m2, with a fabulous view of the river. Down a few stairs is the dining room with a large marble table allowing up to 10/12 guests. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted. At bedroom (small) is located on the mid-floor (up) has two single beds (80*200) that can be put together to form a double bed. The master bedroom is located on the top floor and is about 40 m2, it has a king sizebed (180*200) and a single bed (90*200) . The view from the The view from this room is spectacular. These two bedrooms share one bathroom comprising a bath, an independent shower and a toilet. The third bedroom is on the floor below and completely independent with a double bed (140*200) on a mezzanine (height under ceiling is 160 cm), a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is a sofa bed (140*200) in the living room for two persons. There is another separate toilet is in the entrance of the apartment. PLEASE NOTE. THIS PROPERTY IS USUALLY A 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. LESS THN 5 NIGHTS CAN ONLY BE BOOKED 15 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL (OR LESS)

Roissy / CDG Airport -> Paris: 80 EUR up to 3 people 85 EUR up to 4 people 90 EUR for 5 persons 110 EUR for 6 or 7 persons Orly Airport -> Paris: 70 EUR up to 3 people 75 EUR up to 4 people 80 EUR for 5 persons 100 EUR for 6 or 7 persons 115 EUR for 8 persons Train station -> Apartment: 50 EUR up to 4 people 60 EUR for 5 to 7 persons 65 EUR for 8 personsThe driver will wait for your client with his name on a board on the platform at the head of the train or after the customs at the airport.
Phone: Not all apartments have a land line. If there is a land line Local calls are free (Paris only), for standard phone numbers, excluding specific numbers and mobile/cell phones. In order to call outside Paris, you can use prepaid phone cards available in most newsagents and corner shops. If you wish to unlock the line, to use it freely, a deposit of 300 euros will be required and calls will be charged at a standard price.
Cost for cleaning the premises (At a cost of 130 Euros) if the premises are left in a state of severe uncleanliness.

FOR LATE ARRIVALS AFTER 7PM, IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE A DRIVER PICK YOU UP AND HER WILL HAVE THE KEYS.
From CDG the rates are: €75 for 1-5 passengers and €105 for 6-7 pax; from any train station: €45 for 1-5 pax and €60 for 6-7pax; from Orly (airport): €60 for 1-5 pax and €90 for 6-7 pax. The driver gets paid in cash directly.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONSRefund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family.
London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

During your check-in, the Paris greeter will meet you at the apt : • give you sets of keys and the access code to the building and the apartment, • explain the amenities of the apartment, such as Internet, oven, stove,……, • answer any questions you would like to ask about the apartment and its neighborhood, • and take a credit card authorization for the security deposit. • Arrival between 8 am and 8 pm At your arrival, our Paris representative will be there to welcome and show you the apartment.
Arrival before 8 am or after 8 pm If you arrive at the apartment between 8pm and 8am (night arrival), we suggest you book one of our cars. The driver will take you to the apartment and give you keys and access code. An appointment with a Paris representative will show you the apartment and its amenities (at no extra cost).
If you do not take a car or it is not compatible with your arrival , you will be asked for an extra charge of 75 EUR to be paid to the greeter ON ARRIVAL.
