This excellent flat is loacted in this attractive period building in the heart of one of Londons most fashionable residential areas. This is non smoking property.
Take the few steps up from street level to get inside, and then the stairs to the first floor and you will discover an apartment that's sleek, bright and furnished to impress.
The entire space has been recently renovated to a spectacularly high standard
On the first floor there is the bedroom and bathroom. The furnishings are minimalist and bright.
The King bed gives you a comfortable place to rest and recharge, with bedside tables either side and two integrated wardrobes in which to hang your clothing and store other belongings.
Double doors lead you outside onto the balcony/terrace area. It's a great place to stretch and greet the start of a new day, and there's a table and chairs at which you can enjoy alfresco morning coffees, afternoon teas and evening cocktails.
Next to the bedroom is the bathroom which sports a brand new suite with a bathtub that has a shower overhead, plus a WC and wash basin. Towels and toiletries await you in here and there's a large mirror above the sink, along with plenty of storage space for any gels, lotions, soaps and other essentials you're bringing with you.
The second floor is where you'll find the kitchen and living room.
This galley-style kitchen, is loaded and uincludes a coffee maker,a large fridge freezer and all the cutlery, cookware, glassware and other utensils you'll need.
There is a washer/dryer in the apt.
The living room has windows, allowing plenty of natural light into a space that's already bright thanks to the brilliant white walls and fitted shelving, and the colourful sofa and armchair. Both are arranged within easy reach of the coffee table and will afford you excellent views of the wall-mounted flat screen television. The room also features a table for two where you can dine together and work solo if you are visiting London on business (the entire apartment is served by fast Wi-Fi).
The location : You have easy access to the Chelsea and Earl's Court areas of West London.
For shopping, restaurants and a cinema, Fulham Broadway is a great place to choose. It's about a 15 minute walk.
The legendary King's Road is a must visit and jsut a walk away.
The Chelsea and Westminster Hospital (0.4 miles) and The Royal Hospital (1.9 miles) - the gardens of which play host to The Chelsea Flower Show every spring - are also both easily reached from the apartment.
Staying in this part of London gives you plenty of options when it comes to transport. Several London Underground stations are within easy reach:
West Brompton TUBE (0.4 mile walk)
Earl's Court TUBE (0.5 miles)
A quick glance at a tube map of London will reveal just how well these stations will connect you with the rest of the capital, with West Brompton also having the advantage of being a stop on the London Overground network.
Aside from the tube, Buses, taxis and Ubers all give you lots of options to get around.

Rents are payable in full and in advance 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Final payments are non refundable.
The owner and agents of owner of the property are not liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained during the let. All arriving Clients will be met at the property. We therefore require prior information of travel plans, flight details etc. If arrival at apartment/house is before 8.00am or later than 4.30pm on any day, it is mandatory that our driver transfers you from the airport, and he will have the keys to the property. You will be advised of the cost of this and be charged.
A damage deposit is held against damage/breakages and use of the telephone. This is returned within 4 - 6 weeks of departure with the appropriate deductions. If any damage or call charges exceed the amount held as security deposit, we reserves will charge any excess to your credit card. By signing the booking form you authorize such charge.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
50% is payable by credit card when booking. The balance of the invoiced amount is due 70 days before the rental start date. Payment is accepted by US$, or by credit cards. Rents are payable in full and in advance 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Final payments are non refundable. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST TRAVEL INSURANCE! We will send you a link where you can shop options when you book.All rents include gas, electricity, WiFi, and cleaning on arrival and departure. Telephones are metered by the telephone company for the cost of calls made during your stay and this will be deducted from the damage deposit. If cleaning is required, this can be arranged at a rate of £(please enquire) per hour, for a minimum of two hours per visit.
Only the named people on the booking form may occupy the property and any change or extra people will automatically and without notice bring the contract to an end.

WE STRONGLY SUGGEST TRAVEL INSURANCE!Properties may be occupied from 12.00PM with departure by 10.30AM unless specifically requested and agreed. Arrangements for check-out and key collection must be made at least 2 working days prior to the departure date. All properties are equipped with linens, towels, china, glasses, telephone and television unless otherwise stated.
Telephone numbers of properties can be given in advance when payments have been completed. We reserve the right to offer alternative properties of similar quality, size and price in the event of the property chosen not being available. Baby cots, high chairs, Z-beds, fax machines and extra linen can be arranged at costs advised and added to your invoice, or taken from your security deposit.
Occupants must undertake not to make any alterations, additions to, or take away from the premises any of its contents, nor to create cause to require redecoration or repair to the property. To quietly enjoy the property and not create such noise or nuisance as to cause complaint from neighbours, especially after 11 PM and before 8 AM.
No professional business may be carried out on the premises.
No animals are allowed in any property unless previously and specifically agreed in advance.
