General Policy
PLEASE NOTE: The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. Balance of payment may be taken in pounds in our London office They are based on a seven night stay, however many properties pro-rate for shorter and longer stays. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices. Telephone, if provided is for incoming and local calls out only. For long distance, premium or cellular numbers, guests can buy a phone card and still use the telephone in the apartment dialing via a local access number. There are several internet facilities in the area. The number of guests must not exceed those stated on the booking confirmation or the guest will be asked to leave the apartment.ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES: Keys cannot be collected overnight between 9.00pm to 8.00 am. Apartments are not available for occupation until 2.00pm on the first date of booking and should be vacated by 10.00am on the date of departure. ONLY TWO SETS OF KEYS ARE AVAILABLE. Keys should be left in the apartment unless the owner requests otherwise.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTYIf you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you.
Deposit is forfeited if apartment booking is cancelled more than 8 weeks before arrival. If cancellation is less than 8 weeks before arrival then full rental amount is non refundable unless the apt can be rebooked. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
At least 8 weeks prior to arrival you must notify our office to cancel a booking. Follow up the cancellation request in writing.
TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY COST $75 PER $1000 OF COVERAGE FOR THE GROUP TRAVELING.
In the event You are prevented from taking Your Trip due to:
Injury, Sickness or Death to Yourself, an Immediate Family Member, Travel Companion or a Business Partner;
You or Your Traveling Companion are involved in an auto accident en route to departure (must have police report);
Serious damage to the Insured's principal residence from fire, flood, or similar natural disaster;
You or Your Traveling Companion have been hijacked, quarantined, subpoenaed or required to serve on a jury;
Your employer at time of enrollment transfers You which requires Your principal residence to be relocated;
The death or hospitalization of the Insured's host whose principal place of residence is where the Insured is to stay;
Terrorism in the country where You are originally ticketed to travel and the U.S. government issues a recommendation that travel be restricted during the time You are traveling; If You, Your Traveling Companion or Immediate Family Members in the Armed Forces or units auxiliary are called to emergency duty for a national disaster other than war.

Deposit Policy
In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance (total less the deposit) is due 8 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 8 weeks prior.
