The nearest underground is Earls Court, a 4 - 5 minute walk. This immaculate 5th floor flat is situated in this prestigious period mansion block in one of Londons' prettiest garden squares. On entering the flat there is a hallway leading through to the rest of the flat. The flat benefits from wood floors throughout. The spacious sitting/dining room is very light and bright with large window and french doors that lead onto the small decked terrace, which has table and chairs and overlooks the garden square. In the reception room the sitting area has 2 sofas, decorative shelving, flatscreen TV and the dining end has a table seating 6. The kitchen is adjacent and is very well fitted with good storage, oven, hob (stove top), microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed and good closet space. The second bedroom/study has desk, shelving and a single bed that opens from the wall. The bathroom has a good size walk in shower, wash hand basin and loo. This attractive and stylish flat offers comfortable accommodations within minutes of all the many shops, restaurants and amenities of the Earls Court Road, Old Brompton Road and South Kensington. This is a non-smoking property.

Rents are payable in full and in advance 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Final payments are non refundable.
The owner and agents of owner of the property are not liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained during the let. All arriving Clients will be met at the property. We therefore require prior information of travel plans, flight details etc. If arrival at apartment/house is before 8.00am or later than 4.30pm on any day, it is mandatory that our driver transfers you from the airport, and he will have the keys to the property. You will be advised of the cost of this and be charged.
A damage deposit is held against damage/breakages and use of the telephone. This is returned within 4 - 6 weeks of departure with the appropriate deductions. If any damage or call charges exceed the amount held as security deposit, we reserves will charge any excess to your credit card. By signing the booking form you authorize such charge.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
50% is payable by credit card when booking. The balance of the invoiced amount is due 70 days before the rental start date. Payment is accepted by US$, or by credit cards. Rents are payable in full and in advance 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Final payments are non refundable. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST TRAVEL INSURANCE! We will send you a link where you can shop options when you book.All rents include gas, electricity, WiFi, and cleaning on arrival and departure. Telephones are metered by the telephone company for the cost of calls made during your stay and this will be deducted from the damage deposit. If cleaning is required, this can be arranged at a rate of £(please enquire) per hour, for a minimum of two hours per visit.
Only the named people on the booking form may occupy the property and any change or extra people will automatically and without notice bring the contract to an end.

Arrangements for check-out and key collection must be made at least 2 working days prior to the departure date. All properties are equipped with linens, towels, china, glasses, telephone and television unless otherwise stated.
Telephone numbers of properties can be given in advance when payments have been completed. We reserve the right to offer alternative properties of similar quality, size and price in the event of the property chosen not being available. Baby cots, high chairs, Z-beds, fax machines and extra linen can be arranged at costs advised and added to your invoice, or taken from your security deposit.
Occupants must undertake not to make any alterations, additions to, or take away from the premises any of its contents, nor to create cause to require redecoration or repair to the property. To quietly enjoy the property and not create such noise or nuisance as to cause complaint from neighbours, especially after 11 PM and before 8 AM.
No professional business may be carried out on the premises.
No animals are allowed in any property unless previously and specifically agreed in advance.
