London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years. This property is offered as a comfortable alternative to a High Rise Hotel. This is a beautiful street in South Kensington. This property, located between the Cromwell Road and Old Brompton Road, is conveniently located near both the Gloucester Road Tube Station and the South Kensington Tube Station, on the Piccadilly Line. The two bedroom/two bathroom accommodation is within walking distance to both the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum. This beautiful residential area around The Boltons and Onslow Gardens is very sought after in central London. The flat is one stop on the tube line to Knightsbridge and the shops around Harrods. Green Park and Buckingham Palace are three stops on the Piccadilly Line. The Piccadilly Line continues on to Leicester Square (all the cinemas) and Covent Garden (many London theaters). You have all of London at a few minutes distance while living in a lovely residential area. WiFi. Lift. Nearest underground station: Gloucester Road., a 5-minute walk. A lovely decorated apt located on the lower ground floor of this substantial, period, purpose built block . There is a large sofa and armchair, flat screen TV, in the living room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and good closet space, and french doors opening onto the small decked terrace which has a table and 2 chairs. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower stall, wash hand basin and toilet The second bedroom has a standard double bed for 2 guests and closet space. There is a second bathroom with bath, hand shower, wash hand basin and loo. The whole flat is extremely elegantly furnished and decorated and within minutes of all the many shops, restaurants and amenities of this very fashionable area of Brompton Cross, with Knightsbridge, Sloane Square and South Kensington all only minutes away.

Rents are payable in full and in advance 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Final payments are non refundable.
The owner and agents of owner of the property are not liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained during the let. All arriving Clients will be met at the property. We therefore require prior information of travel plans, flight details etc. If arrival at apartment/house is before 8.00am or later than 4.30pm on any day, it is mandatory that our driver transfers you from the airport, and he will have the keys to the property. You will be advised of the cost of this and be charged.
A damage deposit is held against damage/breakages and use of the telephone. This is returned within 4 - 6 weeks of departure with the appropriate deductions. If any damage or call charges exceed the amount held as security deposit, we reserves will charge any excess to your credit card. By signing the booking form you authorize such charge.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
50% is payable by credit card when booking. The balance of the invoiced amount is due 70 days before the rental start date. Payment is accepted by US$, or by credit cards. Rents are payable in full and in advance 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Final payments are non refundable. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST TRAVEL INSURANCE! We will send you a link where you can shop options when you book.All rents include gas, electricity, WiFi, and cleaning on arrival and departure. Telephones are metered by the telephone company for the cost of calls made during your stay and this will be deducted from the damage deposit. If cleaning is required, this can be arranged at a rate of £(please enquire) per hour, for a minimum of two hours per visit.
Only the named people on the booking form may occupy the property and any change or extra people will automatically and without notice bring the contract to an end.

Arrangements for check-out and key collection must be made at least 2 working days prior to the departure date. All properties are equipped with linens, towels, china, glasses, telephone and television unless otherwise stated.
Telephone numbers of properties can be given in advance when payments have been completed. We reserve the right to offer alternative properties of similar quality, size and price in the event of the property chosen not being available. Baby cots, high chairs, Z-beds, fax machines and extra linen can be arranged at costs advised and added to your invoice, or taken from your security deposit.
Occupants must undertake not to make any alterations, additions to, or take away from the premises any of its contents, nor to create cause to require redecoration or repair to the property. To quietly enjoy the property and not create such noise or nuisance as to cause complaint from neighbours, especially after 11 PM and before 8 AM.
No professional business may be carried out on the premises.
No animals are allowed in any property unless previously and specifically agreed in advance.
