London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years. This property is offered as a comfortable alternative to a High Rise Hotel. This spacious and modern apartment showcases minimalist, chic décor. It is located on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building and receives lots of natural light. The three bedroom two bathroom apartment sleeps five people, plus one child. The unit opens to a large area that works a multi-purpose living/dining/kitchen space. This beautiful room, with wood floors, features a glass coffee table, stools and a roomy two-seater sofa which comfortably seats three people. There is also a large flat-screen TV and wireless internet. The wooden dining table seats six and is located next to a central window, overlooking the street below. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The master bedroom is located towards the back of the apartment and features a luxurious thick woolen carpet, chest with drawers, two bedside tables with lamps, two chairs, flat-screen TV and a fitted wardrobe. This room has a king size (180x200) bed. The twin room is large and open. There are two double beds (140x200), fitted wardrobes, two large bean bags and two chairs - perfect for a couple, or couple with child. This room has an en-suite bathroom with basin, walk-in shower and toilet. The second bathroom includes a basin, bath, walk-in shower, bidet and toilet. The single room, at the front of the property, has a single fold-out bed and ample shelf space. Excellent central location, this property is a short walk from the Earl’s Court station (District and Piccadilly lines) and the Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre.

There is a fully refundable security deposit. The amount depends on the length of stay.Please let us know if you want us to arrange a car to meet you at the airport? We work closely with reliable car companies and can arrange a car to meet you at the airport if you wish. Costs vary depending on the number of people (size of car), the airport you are flying into, your destination in London and the car company used. Guide prices are: for pick-ups from Heathrow for 2/3 people with luggage an estate car to central London is £40/£50, for larger parties an MPV at £55/£65 will be needed; for Gatwick the costs are £60/£70 (estate car) and £70/£80 (MPV). We will give you a firm price when you book. Comparative costs are: Gatwick-Victoria (Gatwick Express) £17pp and then £4pp tube fare or £5-£15 taxi (and at busy times you may well have to queue for more than 30 mins for a taxi), Heathrow-Paddington (Heathrow Express) £16.50pp and then £4pp tube fare or £5-£15 taxi (again long queues at busy times), Heathrow-Central London by black cab (taxi) £40-£70 limited to 4 passengers + bags, Heathrow-Central London by tube £4pp but ...... a nightmare with suitcases and rush hour crowding. Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
