London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years. This property is offered as a comfortable alternative to a High Rise Hotel. Belgravia, one of London's most elegant residential areas is five minutes walk from Victoria Mainline Station, Coach Station and Underground. The surrounding area offers a multitude of shops, bars, restaurants, theatres and tourist attractions. This spacious 3-bedroom Penthouse has 3 double beds (140x200) and 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath and shower, while the other has just a shower. The apartment offers a great living room and a fully-equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and dishwasher, and a terrace. NOTE - Summer months there is a minimum stay of 4 (four) weeks and we require one week non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking in order to confirm the reservation. Full pre-payment of the balance is required 30 days prior the arrival date, otherwise booking will be released. However please contact us again close to the date and we will be happy to offer you an apartment for a shorter stay if there is availability.

The full balance of accommodation charges is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date as confirmation of the booking.
If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before arrival, the full balance is required immediately.
Payments are accepted in cash, travellers cheques, bank drafts and all major credit cards.
A car can be arranged for pick up at the airport for an extra charge.
Extras: Sofa bed bed ( charges Apply - $75.00 per night)
Baby Cot ( charges Apply - $25.00 per night)
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If the property can not be rebooked, there is no refund.If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.
If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.

Please note that on arrival we require £1000.00 deposit as a security / damages deposit. This is made by credit card authorisation transaction on arrival and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorisation transaction is not debited from the card holders account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.
