London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years and is proud to present this 2 Bedroom Apartment.

This modern apartment is situated off Oxford St in one of London’s most attractive and oldest garden squares. You can walk easily to London’s many theatres, restaurants, cafes, shops, the British Museum, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus and more. It’s a great location for those who love to shop.

This apartments great location is in the middle of everything but you still have a lovely quiet garden square where you can sit with the locals and have lunch.

The spacious living room has modern furnishings, hardwood floors , TV and tall windows overlooking the garden square, the open dining area can seat 4.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The second bedroom has 2 twins.

The bathroom is modern and fully tiled , you have a bath with shower over, wash basin, vanity, WC and Bidet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and W/D.

There is an elevator in the building, entry phone system, internet and part time reception facilities from Monday to Friday from 8.00am until 1.00pm.

We have several 2 bedrooms here all the same level of decor and size so for larger groups you could take 2 x 2 bedrooms and sleep 12 guests.

List price is for up to 4, additional guest is $25 per night .

Taxi Rates: Heathrow to Central London. Up to 4 passengers £60. For 5 passengers £70 Gatwick to Central London. Up to 4 passengers £90. For 5 passengers £100 Luton to Central London. Up to 4 passengers £90. For 5 passengers £100 Stansted to Central London. Up to 4 passengers £90. For 5 passengers £100 City Airport - Central London. Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATION policy for this apartment is deposit lost if cancelled more than 10 weeks before arrival. If cancellation is less than 10 weeks before arrival, then full amount due to owner, and only refunded if a re-sale is possible minus $250 admin fee. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance. TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning is included in the price, unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied.

LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance(total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.

Everything was great!

We really enjoyed our rental in Soho Square. The location was perfect. It was central to everything. Our trip started out great with Paul picking us up at the airport. He was very helpful and nice. The apartment was just what we needed and very comfortable. It happened to be hot and muggy so the ceiling fans were very nice to have. Air conditioning would have been nice but I know that is rare in London. I couldn't figure out the dishwasher but that was not a big problem. There was pleny of hot water and the water pressure was good. We usually walked up the flights of stairs, but there was an elevator for when we moved our luggage. The TV was new and nice and had plenty of channels. There was enough cutlery and kitchen supplies for the four of us and it was nice to be able to eat in for breakfast and a few dinners. Soho square is a lively square with what appeared to a lot of locals who would gather there in the evenings. We felt safe and comfortable. Sometime it was a little noisy but it was not a problem. I didn't realize check out time was 10:00 am and our flight was not until 4:00 that afternoon. I should have arranged some place to leave our luggage or arranged to stay later if possible. Overall it was a great place to stay and we very much enjoyed our visit to London. It was so nice to have space for the whole family instead of being confined to one hotel room. Everything was excellent.

3 star and good value for the location. It was comfortable and had all that you would need. There was a full kitchen ,washing machine etc. Location is fantastic close to Oxford Street, all the theatre and an incredible number of pubs clubs and restaurants.

The apt was better than the photos.

Perfect, except the rock hard beds

My family and I (2 daughters aged 8 and 10 and my husband) stayed for a week. It was the perfect location to explore London - walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants and shopping. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Our only (big) compliant is that the double bed and one of the single beds were ROCK hard and you could feel the coil springs through the mattress cover. We are very fit and active but suffered back ache every morning. We ended up having to put the doona covers under the bed sheet to give the beds some more cushioning. If it weren't for the horrible beds, I'd rate this accommodation 10/10.

Fabulous Central Apartment

This apartment was central to everything in London. Being in the heart of the city it was close to the tube, shows, buses etc. The apartment was clean and fresh, the beds were comfortable. It was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. A great place for a family to stay you never felt you were on top of one another. The view of the park from the window was nice and restaurants, grocery shops,banks etc were close by. All in all i highly recommend this lovely place and would rent this property again in the future.

What a great apt and location - ample room, comfortable beds, quiet and everything in good working order. The bathtub was dangerous as there were no grab bars or tub mats. We couldn't find bowl shaped coffee filters in the stores so if not available, maybe a different coffee maker would help. The two women managers were lovely and helpful as was Billy , our taxi driver. We could not have asked for a nicer apt or one that was so conveniently located. Thank you. Barbara Hilburt
