Fabulous location! In full heart of Paris just in front of the Louvre, two steps away from Seine, you cannot be better located to discover Paris. two minutes walk from the Jardin des Tuileries, the Champs Elysees and on the other side of the river, St Germain des Pres is just 5 minutes walk away.. The nearest subway station is the Louvre-Rivoli. Apartment located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift. The access is secured by locked doors. The windows of the main room and the master bedroom give on the beautiful St Germain l'Auxerrois church. You can also see the Louvre if you take a look on the left, and the Samaritaine building on your right. The street is quiet, the windows are double glazed anyway. Layout This 80sqm (872sq ft) apartment has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. there is also It has been entirely renewed in 2012, everything is brand new with high quality equipment. The entrance corridor first leads to the master bedroom. It features a queen size bed (160x200) and a large wardrobe to store your clothes. It overlooks the street. The main room is also overlooking the street with the same gorgeous view on the Church. You will not be disturbed by the neighbors in front of you as the view is clear. The main room is accessible from the corridor, on the right side. It features a couch, two beautiful and comfortable armchairs and a dining table for four people. The high ceilings give much space to this room. On the other side of the corridor, right in front of the living-room entrance, you will find the fitted kitchen. It is spacious, equipped with brand new high quality equipment. You will be able to have your breakfast in the kitchen as there is a high table with two high stools. The second bedroom is next to the kitchen. It features two single beds (90x200) that can be put side by side to form a king size bed if you prefer (180x200). This bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, very elegant, equipped with a walk-in shower and toilets. The apartment features a second bathroom, accessible from the corridor, between the living-room and the second bedroom. Its walk-in shower wall has the same beautiful tiles as in the other bathroom. This bathroom also features toilets. You will find the washer and the dryer in a separate private laundry room, just few steps above the 2nd floor.

Phone: Not all apartments have a land line. If there is a land line Local calls are free (Paris only), for standard phone numbers, excluding specific numbers and mobile/cell phones. In order to call outside Paris, you can use prepaid phone cards available in most newsagents and corner shops. If you wish to unlock the line, to use it freely, a deposit of 300 euros will be required and calls will be charged at a standard price.
Cost for cleaning the premises (At a cost of 130 Euros) if the premises are left in a state of severe uncleanliness.
Checkout time is noon.
FOR LATE ARRIVALS AFTER 7PM, IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE A DRIVER PICK YOU UP AND HER WILL HAVE THE KEYS.
From CDG the rates are: €75 for 1-5 passengers and €105 for 6-7 pax; from any train station: €45 for 1-5 pax and €60 for 6-7pax; from Orly (airport): €60 for 1-5 pax and €90 for 6-7 pax. The driver gets paid in cash directly.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONSRefund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family.
London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

During your check-in, the Paris greeter will meet you at the apt : • give you sets of keys and the access code to the building and the apartment, • explain the amenities of the apartment, such as Internet, oven, stove,……, • answer any questions you would like to ask about the apartment and its neighborhood, • and take a credit card authorization for the security deposit. • Arrival between 8 am and 8 pm At your arrival, our Paris representative will be there to welcome and show you the apartment.
Arrival before 8 am or after 8 pm If you arrive at the apartment between 8pm and 8am (night arrival), we suggest you book one of our cars. The driver will take you to the apartment and give you keys and access code. An appointment with a Paris representative will show you the apartment and its amenities (at no extra cost).
If you do not take a car or it is not compatible with your arrival , you will be asked for an extra charge of 75 EUR to be paid to the greeter ON ARRIVAL.
