London guest Suites has been in business for 20 years and provides the perfect alternative to high rise hotels. Located in an ecclectic area of Paris, this is a great 2 bedroom apartment. It is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Set on two levels, the apartment is decorated with art throughout and filled with well stocked bookshelves. The lower level of the apartment contains the one bedroom, the bathroom and an office. The main bedroom has Queen size bed and is roomy and very quiet at night. The master bathroom has an extensive view over the whole of Paris with a bath & shower & two separated sinks. Upstairs is the large open kitchen and living room. Tile floors and skylights make this room bright and relaxing. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and an American style counter. This historic and bohemian apartment will make your next Paris visit perfect !

PRICES & PAYMENT The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. They are based on a seven night stay, however many properties pro-rate for shorter and longer stays. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices.

The telephone can only used locally & to receive calls. However, in case you need to be contacted during day time & to free your mind of an urgent phone call we do have cellular phones for rental. You’ll have your own private phone number before you leave your country. A weekly rental for your own phone with a 10 Euros calling card included is 50.00€.

The start of your stay begins at or around 12:00NOON. However you can drop your luggage at the apartment earlier if needed. Your departure should take place on your check out day no later than 12:00NOON. If the apartment is rented the same day/morning as your departure, we kindly request that you allow our cleaning person to come around 9:00AM to prepare the apartment for the next guest’s arrival. You are welcome to leave your packed luggage at the apartment before your departure. Our agency welcomes guests 7 days a week without extra charge, unless your arrival is after 7:00PM. In that case we collect a greeter fee of 30€ which is to be paid in cash upon arrival.

On this apartment we suggest that clients use the airport pick-up service to guarantee a smooth arrival. The drivers know the properties very well and can coordinate your arrival with the let-in person who is waiting for you at the property. We can arrange this pick-up service for you.

Rates are from the airport: 85€ for 1-2 passangers, 110€ for 3-4 passangers, and 135€ for 5-6 passengers.

Rates are from the train station: 40€ for 1-2 passangers, 55€ for 3-4 passangers, and 85€ for 5-6 passengers.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. We will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

PLEASE REFER TO THE HOMEPAGE TAB "TRAVEL INSURANCE" LGS reserves the right to move reservations to a comparable property if the reserved property is withdrawn due to circumstances beyond our control.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50%deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
