London Guest Suites provides a great alternative to high rise hotels. Far enough from Montmartre to allow rest and quiet, yet only steps away from that bustling neighborhood, this lovely apartment rental in Paris offers the serenity of interior courtyards, genuine home comforts and close proximity to some of Paris best dining and newest clothes and design shops. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building whose access is secured by a door code. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the street. All windows are double glazed so the apartment is very quiet. This lovely 57 sqm is very well organized. It has been entirely renovated a decorated recently. It has two separate bedrooms and can sleep up to six guests. The main room is lovely and comfortable. It has been divided in several areas. The living area features a coffee table, an elegant white leather armchair and a sofabed that can sleep two people (140x200). It also has a large flat TV with a special wire to plug your iPod, iPad, iPhone. You can have dinner on the dining table that can accommodates up to eight guests thanks to the leaf. The French windows open on a long balcony. You can access it from the master bedroom too. The master bedroom has two doors. One giving on the living-room, the other giving on the entrance hall. If you enter the bedroom from the entrance hall, you will first go through a small dressing room, perfect for your clothes and belongings, even if there is another wardrobe in the bedroom. This bedroom features two single beds (80x200) that you can put side by side to form a queen size bed (160x200), a design armchair, a large mirror and a very nice gloss white console. Note that the console has wheels so you can place it above the bed to have breakfast or to work with your laptop for instance. The second bedroom is accessible from the entrance hall as well. It also features two single beds (80x200) that can be put side by side for a couple (queen size bed 160x200). The bedroom features a wardrobe and a small table. The bathroom is located between the second bedroom and the living-room. It has a bathtub. Toilets are in another room next to the kitchen. The fitted kitchen is right in front of the bathroom. It is a long room, well equipped, two people can use the high stools and have breakfast on the bar.

Phone: Not all apartments have a land line. If there is a land line Local calls are free (Paris only), for standard phone numbers, excluding specific numbers and mobile/cell phones. In order to call outside Paris, you can use prepaid phone cards available in most newsagents and corner shops. If you wish to unlock the line, to use it freely, a deposit of 300 euros will be required and calls will be charged at a standard price.
Cost for cleaning the premises (At a cost of 130 Euros) if the premises are left in a state of severe uncleanliness.

FOR LATE ARRIVALS AFTER 7PM, IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE A DRIVER PICK YOU UP AND HER WILL HAVE THE KEYS.
From CDG the rates are: €75 for 1-5 passengers and €105 for 6-7 pax; from any train station: €45 for 1-5 pax and €60 for 6-7pax; from Orly (airport): €60 for 1-5 pax and €90 for 6-7 pax. The driver gets paid in cash directly.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONSRefund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family.
London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

If you do not take a car
During your check-in, the Paris greeter will meet you at the apt : • give you sets of keys and the access code to the building and the apartment, • explain the amenities of the apartment, such as Internet, oven, stove,……, • answer any questions you would like to ask about the apartment and its neighborhood, • and take a credit card authorization for the security deposit. • Arrival between 8 am and 8 pm At your arrival, our Paris representative will be there to welcome and show you the apartment.
Arrival before 8 am or after 8 pm If you arrive at the apartment between 8pm and 8am (night arrival), we suggest you book one of our cars. The driver will take you to the apartment and give you keys and access code. An appointment with a Paris representative will show you the apartment and its amenities (at no extra cost).
If you do not take a car or it is not compatible with your arrival , you will be asked for an extra charge of 75 EUR to be paid to the greeter ON ARRIVAL.

Ambiance with location near Metro.
05/21/2013Representative was at the flat before we arrived, got us settled, online with wireless, locations of local needs, and spoke great English. Flat was very adequate for two couples, kitchen a tad small but we weren't there to cook gourmet meals. Location was outstanding near metro stop with two metro lines. Stores, resturants, banks all in near by walking distance. Loved the Parisian feel and neighborhood. Floors creaked and the WC was small.
