General Policy
ATTENTION: An Occupancy tax of 1.20 euros per night and per person (approx $1.80 USD per person per night)The initial payment is 50%. Final payment: You may pay the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card .
Once we have received your initial payment we will send you a confirmation and ask you to give us information on your flight and arrival time. You will also receive a final confirmation with all the necessary information (apartment street address, building entry codes, apartment's telephone number and the Paris telephone numbers)when the balance is paid in full.
Telephone calls are charged at approximately .45cents per Unit for local calls, 1 Unit is around 1.25 minutes.
PLEASE NOTES: ARRIVAL TIME: (arrival from 9:00 am to 19:00 pm . After and before these hours: 77 euro extra fee . After 12:00 pm: 165 euro) ARRIVAL ON SUNDAYS AND FRENCH BANKING DAYs:EXTRA FEE OF 165 EUROS DEPARTURE TIME: departure after 11:00 am extra fee of 1 Night
SERVICE:
Weekly cleaning is included in the price.
OPTIONAL: Additional cleaning: approx. 20EURO per Hour Charge for extra sheets and towels: 20EURO per person
Additionnal persons in the flat are 30EURO per day where it applies.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
The initial payment is non-refundable. Then, 30 days or less prior to the first day of tenancy: no refund at all.The client must fix an appointment for departure formalities at least 48 hours in advance of departure, and within the office hours of the rental company. the sum of $135 will be charged, for all arrivals and departures on Sunday, except by prior arrangement. The length of stay of this contract, can only de extended with the written agreement by the rental company and for no longer than a period of 6 months.
ARRIVAL:
Please advise us when you arrive to pick up the keys and sign the contract.The appointment will be directly at the apartment.Please inform us in advance of your approximate attival time in Paris and give us a call from the airport or the train station when you have secured your suitcases.
DEPARTURE:
Please inform us of your departure time (before 11 am) and call us the day before at the latest, to set an appointment for checking out. Any departure after 11 am will be charged one day extra.
TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY
In the event You are prevented from taking Your Trip due to:
Injury, Sickness or Death to Yourself, an Immediate Family Member, Travel Companion or a Business Partner;
You or Your Traveling Companion are involved in an auto accident en route to departure (must have police report);
Serious damage to the Insured's principal residence from fire, flood, or similar natural disaster;
You or Your Traveling Companion have been hijacked, quarantined, subpoenaed or required to serve on a jury;
Your employer at time of enrollment transfers You which requires Your principal residence to be relocated;
The death or hospitalization of the Insured's host whose principal place of residence is where the Insured is to stay;
Terrorism in the country where You are originally ticketed to travel and the U.S. government issues a recommendation that travel be restricted during the time You are traveling; If You, Your Traveling Companion or Immediate Family Members in the Armed Forces or units auxiliary are called to emergency duty for a national disaster other than war.

Deposit Policy
The initial deposit to be paid is part of the rent total. The same applies for any damage made by the client to any appliances, furniture, upholstery, kitchen utensils, linens, towels etc...and to leave the property in the same state as the client entered. The deposit guarantee will be returned in full to the client on the actual day of departure, only if all outstanding charges and, or damage costs have been paid in full. If in the case the charge is more than the deposit then the client is responsible for the full payment of the excess. By signing this contract the client accepts to sign on arrival in their apartment the inventory of the apartment , and the acceptance of the above conditions of this contract, which the client understands in full after the reading of the above information.
