London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years, offering exceptional service to those visiting the city. This beautiful ground level flat will have you coming back and again. Wooden floors and skylights gives this lovely 1 Bedroom unit plenty of natural light. The living area opens to a quiet garden accessed by French doors. Large sofa in the living area, with art adorning the walls. Open kitchen with all the comforts of home include washing machine, oven,fridge, and cook ware. Outside in the garden which has chairs and table, which is perfect for alfresco dining. The bedroom is features a double bed and bathroom with rain shower and large bath. The property is located on a quiet road, off Wandsworth Bridge Road (good local buses), some 10 minutes walk to The Kings Road (more buses) and not much further to the nearest tube - Parson's Green (District line) Also not too far is Shopping at King's Road here you will find a mix of trendy boutiques, unique labels, designer shops and high-street staples, alongside a vast array of cafes and eateries.

There is a fully refundable security deposit. The amount depends on the length of stay.Please let us know if you want us to arrange a car to meet you at the airport? We work closely with reliable car companies and can arrange a car to meet you at the airport if you wish. Costs vary depending on the number of people (size of car), the airport you are flying into, your destination in London and the car company used. Guide prices are: for pick-ups from Heathrow for 2/3 people with luggage an estate car to central London is £40/£50, for larger parties an MPV at £55/£65 will be needed; for Gatwick the costs are £60/£70 (estate car) and £70/£80 (MPV). We will give you a firm price when you book. Comparative costs are: Gatwick-Victoria (Gatwick Express) £17pp and then £4pp tube fare or £5-£15 taxi (and at busy times you may well have to queue for more than 30 mins for a taxi), Heathrow-Paddington (Heathrow Express) £16.50pp and then £4pp tube fare or £5-£15 taxi (again long queues at busy times), Heathrow-Central London by black cab (taxi) £40-£70 limited to 4 passengers + bags, Heathrow-Central London by tube £4pp but ...... a nightmare with suitcases and rush hour crowding. CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY
