London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years and is proud to present this two bedroom with air conditioning that sleeps four! The red brick façade of the three Georgian properties can only serve to add an extra special touch when visiting a city that is steeped in history and tradition. Built in the 18th century in Chelsea as private residences, each building has been sympathetically modernised while retaining many of the original features thus ensuring that a stay away from home becomes a treat not a chore. All apts are self contained with fully fitted kitchens, a comfortable sitting room with cable television and film channels, and in the larger suites the benefit of a separate dining room making at home entertaining simple. Master bedrooms have king size beds. All suites feature newly fitted kitchens with washer drier, microwave, fridge/freezer and most have washing machines giving the feeling of home. At the end of a hard day in the city relax in the comfort of your own sitting room. Many of the suites has a reception room with separate dining area ideal for entertaining or for an impromptu meeting for up to six people. The sitting rooms have cable TV, film channels,All bathrooms are en-suite with showers and bath. Chelsea This stylish Thames-side district lies south and to the west of Belgravia. The area has always been favourite of writers and artists, including Oscar Wilde (who was arrested here), George Eliot, James Whistler, J M W Turner, Henry James and Thomas Carlyle. Mick Jagger and Margaret Thatcher (not together) have been more recent residents, and the late Princess Diana and her ‘Sloane Rangers’ (a term used to describe posh women, derived from Chelsea’s Sloane Square) of the 1980s gave the area even more recognition. An extra bed can be placed in the apartment at the 5ht person for an extra charge of £50 per night

All reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit. Extended stays may only be agreed by the management and in the case of availability.Payment
A 50% deposit must be received before the reservation can be confirmed. 2 MONTHS prior to arrival the balance of the rental must be settled.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation, monies paid will be returned less an administration charge of $250, subject to 60 days notice being received by fax or post. If cancellation is made after this time refund of the money is subject to the re-letting of the apartment otherwise the full period of the reservation is chargeable. We recommend that guests insure against such an event. Please bear in mind that once a booking has been confirmed by us, you are committed to the dates agreed upon, and any alteration in the dates will depend on the availability and the resale of the accommodation booked.
