London Guest Suites has been in business for over 20 years and proud to offer this 3 Bedroom in Central London. This Victorian Town House is in London’s bustling Earls Court district of Kensington and Chelsea. The first 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each that can be joined to make a double bed. They have bedside tables, dressing area and plenty of wardrobe space. Modern double glazed windows Make this property light and airy. The third bedroom has a single bed with wardrobe and chair and a cot can be brought in for a 6th Person . The bathroom is at the landing between the two floors, it has full body bath, overhead shower, toilet, bidet, hand basin and room for all your toiletries. The dining room can seat 6 and has a writing desk. The living room has 2 sofas, armchair, TV and electric Fireplace. This kitchen comes equipped with standard appliances, and has everything you need to prepare your English breakfasts and meals. You also have a washer/dryer and lots of work top areas with a serving hatch between the Dining Room and Kitchen. You also have a second ½ bathroom at the property entrance. The neighborhood is perfect location for shopping, dining and with Earls Court Tube station and local bus connections at the end of the street you can Get anywhere you want easily. This apartment is on two floors , first and second. Ths property also comes with parking for a medium size car.

The driver stands in front of the INFORMATION BOOTH, which is right outside of customs and will meet you there. The drivers know the properties very well and can coordinate your arrival with the let-in person who is waiting for you at the property. We can arrange this pick-up service for you. CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT A confirmation is mailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details. Your telephone calls will be metered and charged against your credit card. We receive billing from British Telecom; however, some billings take as long as 90 days to arrive. Remember, your phone bill will be charged to your credit card. Also, be aware that in England, ALL CALLS are charged, even local calls. You may use your credit card for long distance calls, but British Telecom will meter local calls.

DAMAGES: Any damage will be charged to your card.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $65 per $1000 of insurance.

PLEASE REFER TO THE HOMEPAGE TAB "TRAVEL INSURANCE" LGS reserves the right to move reservations to a comparable property if the reserved property is withdrawn due to circumstances beyond our control.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50%deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.

LATE LET-IN FEE A £50 let-in fee for arrivals after 8:00 pm weekdays and weekends is to be paid to the let-in person at time of arrival at the property.
