This large contemporary design home has lots of light and space that can sleep 8 people with 4 double bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The Living area has open plan that is light and airy with Sofa and 2 chairs. This room leads straight into the large kitchen that is modern and fully equipped with everything you need. A section of the floor is glass and the ceiling has several sloped skylights. You have French Doors that lead to your own private garden with lovely outdoor space including outdoor dining table, perfect for warm summer nights.
The downstairs has a second living room area with sofa, large flat screen TV and work desk area. This room also has a door that leads to small outdoor area. The Washer/Dryer is off this living area. The lower ground bedroom has King Sized bed, modern wardrobe and French windows leading to small outdoor space. The bathroom is ultra-modern. The first floor has 2 other bedrooms , one with King Bed and large ensuite bathroom. The next bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe and storage space. The 4th bedroom is at the top of the house and has a double bed with ensuite bathroom and has a pretty modern floral theme. This property is in a great location just 5 minutes from Parson’s Green underground station and the neighborhood has supermarkets, restaurants and Traditional London Pubs.

We work closely with reliable car companies and can arrange a car to meet you at the airport if you wish. Costs vary depending on the number of people (size of car), the airport you are flying into, your destination in London and the car company used. Guide prices are: for pick-ups from Heathrow for 2/3 people with luggage an estate car to central London is £40/£50, for larger parties an MPV at £55/£65 will be needed; for Gatwick the costs are £60/£70 (estate car) and £70/£80 (MPV). We will give you a firm price when you book. Comparative costs are: Gatwick-Victoria (Gatwick Express) £17pp and then £4pp tube fare or £5-£15 taxi (and at busy times you may well have to queue for more than 30 mins for a taxi), Heathrow-Paddington (Heathrow Express) £16.50pp and then £4pp tube fare or £5-£15 taxi (again long queues at busy times), Heathrow-Central London by black cab (taxi) £40-£70 limited to 4 passengers + bags, Heathrow-Central London by tube £4pp but ...... a nightmare with suitcases and rush hour crowding. CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY
