London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years and is proud to present this 3 Bedroom property in Wimbledon. This warm and charming apartment is close to Wimbledon Village and Wimbledon Common. You can use the excellent bus service or tube to get into the centre of London within 30 minutes and the World Famous Wimbledon Tennis courts are within a 30 minute walk. The apartment has comfortable furnishings with soft tones and a light open plan living area. The living area has sofa, two chairs and opens to the dining area with dining for six. Down the hallway you enter the kitchen which is classic style and fully equipped with everything you need including washing machine. The large Master Bedroom has King Size Bed, dresser, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The next bedroom has Queen Size Bed with wardrobe and storage space. The Oriental art brings character to this room. The third bedroom has a twin bed and has a work desk and chair. The second bathroom is modern styled with tile , shower, basin and loo. The parks of Wimbledon Common are just a 5 minute walk and great area for biking, jogging and walking. You also have several local pubs, shopping and restaurants in the Common.

To get into town, catch the number 200 bus (every 7/10 minutes) from the stop virtually outside your door. This takes you, via Wimbledon village, to Wimbledon tube (District line) and railway station – direct trains to Vauxhall where you connect to the Victoria tube line and Waterloo connecting with the Northern, Jubilee and Bakerloo lines; the journey takes 30/40 minutes.

We work closely with reliable car companies and can arrange a car to meet you at the airport if you wish. Costs vary depending on the number of people (size of car), the airport you are flying into, your destination in London and the car company used. Guide prices are: for pick-ups from Heathrow for 2/3 people with luggage an estate car to central London is £40/£50, for larger parties an MPV at £55/£65 will be needed; for Gatwick the costs are £60/£70 (estate car) and £70/£80 (MPV). We will give you a firm price when you book. Comparative costs are: Gatwick-Victoria (Gatwick Express) £17pp and then £4pp tube fare or £5-£15 taxi (and at busy times you may well have to queue for more than 30 mins for a taxi), Heathrow-Paddington (Heathrow Express) £16.50pp and then £4pp tube fare or £5-£15 taxi (again long queues at busy times), Heathrow-Central London by black cab (taxi) £40-£70 limited to 4 passengers + bags, Heathrow-Central London by tube £4pp but ...... a nightmare with suitcases and rush hour crowding. CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order.
