London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years and is proud to present this 2 Bedroom London Apartment. This Modern apartment is on the top floor (there is an elevator) that has impressive views of the London skyline . The living/dining area is open and bright with large windows that overlook the city and let in plenty of sunshine. The leather sofa in the living area is a double sofa bed, you have contemporary lighting and modern furniture with large flat screen TV, DVD player and a sound system. A door opens onto a small but sunny balcony with chairs making it a erfect spot to enjoy your morning tea. The living area and master bedroom have Air Conditioning units and wireless internet is throughout. The kitchen is off the living area and is fully furnished with everything you need with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The Master Bedroom has modern theme with contemporary furnishings Queen Bed , en-suite bathroom and a sleek glass work desk and chair. This room has great views of the city and the Shard building. The second bedroom has colorful artwork with single bed, desk and chair. The main bathroom is modern in style with grey tiled floor and walls and bath with over-shower, washbasin and toilet. This apartment is just a 2 minute walk to Pimlico Tube Station (Victoria Line) making this apartment a central and great location for getting around London. The neighborhood has many great ethnic restaurants, art galleries, parks and shopping all within walking distance.

There is a fully refundable security deposit. The amount depends on the length of stay.Please let us know if you want us to arrange a car to meet you at the airport? We work closely with reliable car companies and can arrange a car to meet you at the airport if you wish. Costs vary depending on the number of people (size of car), the airport you are flying into, your destination in London and the car company used. Guide prices are: for pick-ups from Heathrow for 2/3 people with luggage an estate car to central London is £40/£50, for larger parties an MPV at £55/£65 will be needed; for Gatwick the costs are £60/£70 (estate car) and £70/£80 (MPV). We will give you a firm price when you book. Comparative costs are: Gatwick-Victoria (Gatwick Express) £17pp and then £4pp tube fare or £5-£15 taxi (and at busy times you may well have to queue for more than 30 mins for a taxi), Heathrow-Paddington (Heathrow Express) £16.50pp and then £4pp tube fare or £5-£15 taxi (again long queues at busy times), Heathrow-Central London by black cab (taxi) £40-£70 limited to 4 passengers + bags, Heathrow-Central London by tube £4pp but ...... a nightmare with suitcases and rush hour crowding. CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY
