London Guest Suites has been in business for over 20 years and is proud to offer this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of the Bastille-Nation-Gare de Lyon area. You will love this typical Parisian area with the colorful open air market in the Place d'Aligre and the Bastille Opera is just a quick 15 minute walk. The area is full of trendy restaurants, boutiques, bars, and cafes. This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment has its own private patio with views of the tree lined promenade between Bastille and the Jardin de Reuilly. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the bedrooms and baths are modern with high end linens. Continental breakfast can be served right to your room for extra fee. The Master bedroom has Queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins, the living room has sofa bed making this a great place for 5 people, this lovely apartment allows short or long stays.

If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. For reservations of 1-7 nights the cancellation is to be received 48 hours prior to arrival with a administration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 48 hours there is the additional cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation.

For reservations of 7 nights or more the cancellation is to be received 14 days prior to arrival with a administration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 14 days there is the additional cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation. For reservations of 30 nights or more the cancellation is to be received 28 days prior to arrival with a administration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 28 days there is the additional cancellation fee of the first weeks accommodation.

We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.
