London Guest Suites has been in business for over 20 years and is proud to offer this 2 bedroom flat in Soho. This flat is in the perfect central London location between Regent St, Shaftesbury Ave just off Golden Square. This charming house has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The living room is on the main floor with fireplace , large flat screen TV, comfortable furnishings , art work and everything is 18th century with high standard. The kitchen is modern and has everything including washer/dryer, dining for 4 and shares the ground floor with 1/2 bathroom. The third floor has bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, ensuite bathroom with shower. The fourth floor bedroom also has UK King with large bathroom with soaker tub, shower, wash basin and loo. You are just a 5 minute walk to Piccadilly Circus Underground, Fortnam and Mason is a short walk and you can be at Buckingham Palace in 10 minutes. Regent St is the place to shop for fashion and the theater district of Covent Garden is an easy walk. Staying here will make your London visit perfect !

CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT A confirmation is mailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details. Your telephone calls will be metered and charged against your credit card. We receive billing from British Telecom; however, some billings take as long as 90 days to arrive. Remember, your phone bill will be charged to your credit card. Also, be aware that in England, ALL CALLS are charged, even local calls. You may use your credit card for long distance calls, but British Telecom will meter local calls.

DAMAGES: Any damage will be charged to your card.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50%deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
