London Guest Suites has been in business for over 20 years and is proud to offer this 3 bedroom Luxurious Suite plus one single bedroom. This spacious apartment is on the 4th floor with lift. The Living Room has 3 large windows, large 4k curved TV, Blue Ray player, Bose sound dock and an inviting space to live and relax. The Master Bedroom suite faces the back and has King Bed (twin on request) , a door leads to the adjoining single bedroom which can also be accessed from the hall. The en suite bathroom is tiled with bath and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom is behind the kitchen with King Bed and luxurious bathroom with shower over bath. The 3rd bedroom is located off the main hall and has twin beds, next is 3rd large modern bathroom with bath and walk in shower. The newly redone kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including washer/dryer. and Nespresso machine. The dining room has bay window with views over Earls Courd Rd and a large antique table that can sit 10. This great central and luxurious property will make you feel right at home in London.

Someone is on duty out of office hours and during the weekend and this is why the arrival details are essential especially for arrivals over the weekend.
General Policy The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes.
PRICES & PAYMENT The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. You must advise us to take it in full at time of booking, otherwise we take a deposit and balance 10 weeks prior to arrival as per the terms set out. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices. For reservations made 14 days or more before commencement of stay 50% advance payment is due immediately. Written confirmation will be provided upon receipt of this payment.
Balance of payment due 10 weeks prior to commencement of stay unless alternative arrangements have been made. When advance payment has been made by credit card the balance will automatically be debited. If commencement of stay is within 10 weeks of reservation being made, then full payment is due. Should we have to change the reservation in any way we will offer alternative accommodation or a full refund.
If any amendments or alterations are made to a reservation, it may be necessary to make an administration charge.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation a full refund minus a $250 fee will be made on condition that notification in writing is received (and acknowledged by us) 10 weeks prior to commencement of stay.In the event of cancellation being received within 10 weeks of commencement of stay no refund will be made. Any exception to this condition will be at the discretion of the management.
Non-arrival for a confirmed reservation will be treated as a cancellation after 24hrs.
If any amendments or alterations are made to a reservation, it may be necessary to make an administration charge.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time before the date on which it begins or terminate a letting at any time before the end of the period booked. We would expect only to do this to accommodate any building work or for some other reason unforeseen by us/or the owner of the property at the time your booking was accepted. In this unlikely event, we will refund in full all money received by us for the booking (less a sum proportionate to any part of the period booked which shall already have expired) but we will have no liability beyond this. We will, of course, do what we can to provide you with a suitable alternative property.
WE SUGGEST TRAVEL INSURANCE CHARGED AT $75 PER $1000 OR COVERAGE.

The £20.00 per half hour excess is charged due to airport parking fees which we must forwarded on to the client in the event of a delay
