You must cancel a booking at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. Follow up the cancellation request in writing. There is a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation/Refund Policy within 6 weeks prior to arrival: CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment within 6 weeks prior to arrival:100% of the total payment charged. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

Deposit Policy
In order to confirm a reservation we require a minimum 50 % deposit of total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance (total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior. There is also a $950 refudable security deposit taken and returned when you arrive back.
