London Guest Suites has been in business for over 20 years and is proud to offer this 2 bedroom City facing apartment. This apartment has spacious living area with comfortable modern furnishings throughout. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped including washer/dryer. The Master Bedroom has King bed with en-suite bathroom and large walk in rain shower. The 2nd bedroom has twins and we can provide rollaway for 5th person. This large apartment is light and sunny and within easy reach of the West End on Londons North Bank right next to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the Thames. You must cancel a booking at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. Follow up the cancellation request in writing. There is a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation/Refund Policy within 6 weeks prior to arrival: CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment within 6 weeks prior to arrival:100% of the total payment charged. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

Deposit Policy
In order to confirm a reservation we require a minimum 50 % deposit of total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance (total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior. There is also a $950 refudable security deposit taken and returned when you arrive back.
