London Guest Suites has been in business for over 20 years and is proud to offer this 2 1/2 bedroom on a quaint Cobbled Mews street. The spacious living area is open plan with 2 comfortable sofas that overlook the charming Mews. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishwasher and washing machine, the marble dining table seats 6. The wall mounted TV in living room has over 220 channels with on demand. The Master Bedroom has King bed , wardrobe and en suite bathroom with marble surfaces, large bath with shower over. The 2nd bedroom also has King bed and the den has storage space and comfortable double sofa bed. This area is so central you can walk to the many trendy cafes and famous pubs of Old Brompton Rd and Earls Court Rd. You have Museums, Royal Parks and plenty of shopping all easy walk, the Thames is 20 min leisure walk.

They are based on a seven night stay .
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Apartments are reserved from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:30am the day of departure. Keys to the apartment are made available during normal working hours, 9:00 to 5:00. Alternate arrangements can be made for key collection after hours and on weekends.
CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT A confirmation is mailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:If you decide to cancel your booking we require written notice a minimum of ten weeks prior to your arrival. A refund of your payment less a $625 penalty will be made. However, should you cancel your booking less than ten weeks prior to your arrival, any refund will be subject to the property being re-let (we will make every effort to do this). If the property is not re-let we will retain the full rental amount. (We recommend you have Cancellation Insurance - it is included on your rental agreement.) We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance. $75 per $1000 of coverage.
TELEPHONE CHARGES:
All calls made and faxes sent during your stay are charged at cost plus tax. In order to do this we have to wait for a reading from British Telecom. SECURITY
DEPOSIT REFUND:
The refund of the security deposit will be made 4-6 weeks after your departure (subject to us having received the charges from British Telecom). We check the property after your departure for any damage or breakage that may have occured during the stay.

ARRIVAL FOR THIS PROPERTY
For your convenience we would like you to use our taxi service. The drivers will meet you at the airport or train station. They are totally familiar with all our properties and will have the keys with them. The price depends on the location of the property. The costs are bellow (plus any gratuity you choose to pay):
Heathrow airport: 48.00GBP / 58.00GBP Gatwick airport: 84.00GBP / 94.00GBP Stansted/Luton: 90.00GBP / 95.00GBP City Airport: 40.00GBP / 50.00GBP All train stations: 25.00GBP
The taxi can take 5 people and luggage.
The greeter fee is about 35.00GBP
Please note, very late or very early let in is only available through the taxi driver. This can be paid to the driver directly by you in cash or we can deduct it from your security deposit. Our drivers monitor your flight and will wait for you should you be delayed. They will meet you at the INFORMATION DESK in the arrival hall and will have a board with your name.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: In order to confirm a reservation we require a deposit of 50%, of the total, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance (total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.IMPORTANT INFO: There is also a deposit for security and a final cleaning charge depending on number of people. Maid Service available at additional charge can be arranged for approximately 15 pounds per hour (3 hour minimum).
THE SECURITY DEPOSIT: This is a refundable deposit from which we will deduct your telephone calls, cost of any damage caused. The amount of the security deposit varies, depending on the length of stay. The minimum charge is approx 50% of one weeks rent. Naturally if no charges are incurred the security deposit will be refunded in full.
THE CLEANING FEE: This property is not serviced. (However Maid Service can be made available at additional cost of approximately $15 per hour. The cleaning charge covers the cost of laundering one set of linen and towels, and a professional cleaning after you have vacated the property. (Additional laundry will be charged.)
