This is an incredibly central and light filled Paris home with a colorful decor, sweeping views, and modern comfort throughout. Enjoy the amazingly central location of this newly remodeled rental home with a front row view over rue Saint-Honoré and famous Saint-Eustache church. This spacious, bright, modern flat stands high above street level on the 4th floor of a traditional Haussmann building overlooking a wide esplanade. The pedestrian street leads up to the Seine river, Pont-Neuf and the Samaritaine department store on one side, to the Montorgueil foodie neighborhood, the newly opened Bourse de Commerce museum hosting the Pinault Collection on the other. The main living area has a wide open floor plan with a large size sofa in the lounging corner and dining table with open bar for 4 to 5 guests. Natural light comes in through 5 double-paned French windows with a direct look out over the Mandela Gardens and the church of St Eustache. The street below is incredibly lively with cafes, restaurants, shops and 2 local supermarkets within minutes of your front door. The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage space and an ensuite access to the bathroom. The guest bedroom which is off the main living area has a conformable double size pullout bed for 2 guests and a closet for luggage and clothes. When not in use as a second bedroom, it serves as a wonderful quiet space for an office or yoga/meditation studio. The kitchen is in the back of the apartment - It is fully equipped as you would expect of a Parisian kitchen and offers seating for 4 people. The spacious bathroom has been remodeled recently as a relaxing and quiet spa to pamper yourself. It has a full size tub, a brand new Italian rain shower, a wide sink, and washer & dryer. The toilet is in a dedicated small space off the entrance hallway. Your immediate neighborhood is the buzzing Paris right bank, minutes to the Seine river, Louvre museum, Pompidou center and more. Our Rivoli Garden apartment is a welcoming Paris family home ideal for visitors who want to be in the heart of the action with the convenience of Parisian living at their doorstep!

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS AN END OF STAY CLEANING FEE FOR THIS PROPERTYThe usual initial payment is 50% plus the security deposit. Final payment: You may pay the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card or check.
Once we have received your initial payment we will send you a confirmation and ask you to give us information on your flight and arrival time. You will also receive a final confirmation with all the necessary information (apartment street address, building entry codes, apartment's telephone number and the Paris representatives telephone numbers) and date balance is due .
CAR SERVICE Should you need it, we can also reserve a reliable taxi for you for the ride from the airport (the driver would wait for you after customs with your name on a sign. Charges from CDG 90 Euros for up to 4 guests, 125 Euros for 5-8 guests.
Charges from Nord 65 Euros for up to 3 guests, 95 Euros for 4-8 guests.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $75 FEE FOR ALL SUNDAY ARRIVALS.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
The initial payment is non-refundable. Then, 10 weeks or less prior to the first day of tenancy: no refund at all.Security deposit: The security deposit varies and is refundable.
TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY
In the event You are prevented from taking Your Trip due to:
Injury, Sickness or Death to Yourself, an Immediate Family Member, Travel Companion or a Business Partner;
You or Your Traveling Companion are involved in an auto accident en route to departure (must have police report);
Serious damage to the Insured's principal residence from fire, flood, or similar natural disaster;
You or Your Traveling Companion have been hijacked, quarantined, subpoenaed or required to serve on a jury;
Your employer at time of enrollment transfers You which requires Your principal residence to be relocated;
The death or hospitalization of the Insured's host whose principal place of residence is where the Insured is to stay;
Terrorism in the country where You are originally ticketed to travel and the U.S. government issues a recommendation that travel be restricted during the time You are traveling; If You, Your Traveling Companion or Immediate Family Members in the Armed Forces or units auxiliary are called to emergency duty for a national disaster other than war.

If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.
Deposit Policy
The fully refundable security deposit is payable one month prior to the first day of tenancy and will be refunded one week after the last day of tenancy. Of course, we will send a security deposit receipt.
