London Guest Suites has been in business for over 20 years and is proud to offer this 1 Bedroom in Central Marais with new interior. This apartment is on the 1st floor (no lift) so you do have one flight of stairs to enter. The living room, kitchen, bedroom , bathroom is all on one floor and you have a small staircase that goes up to loft for 2 guests. The bedroom has Queen Bed and the bathroom has tub, shower, basin and loo. You have open kitchen with 4 bar stools for counter top dining. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to prepare your Parisian meals. This building is on a tiny off street with small building entrance and one flight of stairs. The Pompidou Center is short 5 min walk and you have several metro stops close by. This apt is 650 sqft. Note: the washer/dryer for this unit is just outside the apartment on the landing in closet and is private for you use only.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS AN END OF STAY CLEANING FEE FOR THIS PROPERTY

The usual initial payment is 50% plus the security deposit. Final payment: You may pay the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card or check.

Once we have received your initial payment we will send you a confirmation and ask you to give us information on your flight and arrival time. You will also receive a final confirmation with all the necessary information (apartment street address, building entry codes, apartment's telephone number and the Paris representatives telephone numbers) and date balance is due .

CAR SERVICE Should you need it, we can also reserve a reliable taxi for you for the ride from the airport (the driver would wait for you after customs with your name on a sign. Charges from CDG 90 Euros for up to 4 guests, 125 Euros for 5-8 guests.

Charges from Nord 65 Euros for up to 3 guests, 95 Euros for 4-8 guests.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $75 FEE FOR ALL SUNDAY ARRIVALS.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

The initial payment is non-refundable. Then, 10 weeks or less prior to the first day of tenancy: no refund at all.

Security deposit: The security deposit varies and is refundable.

TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

In the event You are prevented from taking Your Trip due to:

Injury, Sickness or Death to Yourself, an Immediate Family Member, Travel Companion or a Business Partner;

You or Your Traveling Companion are involved in an auto accident en route to departure (must have police report);

Serious damage to the Insured's principal residence from fire, flood, or similar natural disaster;

You or Your Traveling Companion have been hijacked, quarantined, subpoenaed or required to serve on a jury;

Your employer at time of enrollment transfers You which requires Your principal residence to be relocated;

The death or hospitalization of the Insured's host whose principal place of residence is where the Insured is to stay;

Terrorism in the country where You are originally ticketed to travel and the U.S. government issues a recommendation that travel be restricted during the time You are traveling; If You, Your Traveling Companion or Immediate Family Members in the Armed Forces or units auxiliary are called to emergency duty for a national disaster other than war.

If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.

Deposit Policy

The fully refundable security deposit is payable one month prior to the first day of tenancy and will be refunded one week after the last day of tenancy. Of course, we will send a security deposit receipt.
