With a rain shower & bath tub, TV, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, & iron. Central heating , but no AC and this flat gets quite warm in the summer. This flat is just a 5 minute walk to Cardinal Lemoine. And FYI the double bed is deceptively two single beds placed side by side, great for some, but bothersome for others so be warned
