This wonderful apartment is located on the top 4th floor with an A/C system. It overlooks the Eiffel Tower in the distance, the Invalides dome, etc. It's a private compound in the neighborhood where the Rothchild & YSL have a private mansion. The apartment is located within the 7th arrondissement, on the Rive Gauche (Left Bank of the River Seine). Boasting two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a single bed) and two bathrooms, this apartment hosts 3 guests with plenty of space. Within this district’s boundaries can be found, most famously, the Eiffel Tower, Hotel des Invalides (Napoleon’s final resting place), Musée d’Orsay, Musée du Quai Branly, and Musée de l’Armée (the largest military museum in the world), just to name a few. Rive Gauche is home to the Boulevard Saint-Germain which leads to the Place de la Concorde; and 15 minutes in the other direction takes you to the beautiful Musée Rodin, one of Paris’ most beautiful sculpture museums. The 7th has been the seat of the French aristocracy and upper classes since the 17th Century. The oldest and most prestigious families of the French nobility built outstanding residences in the area: architectural wonders such as the Hôtel de Matignon, Hôtel de Salm, and Hôtel Biron are a must-see. So, it’s no surprise that today the 7th is home to several embassies, the Assemblée Nationale (French Parliament), and numerous government ministries. But the 7th has far more to offer than just history and grandiosity: The 7th plays host to more open markets than anywhere else in Paris. Should you choose to put that beautiful kitchen to good use, prepare your meals using the finest ingredients from the outdoor marchés. A must visit on Wednesdays and Saturdays is the open market at Pont de l’Alma. They are based on a seven night stay, however many properties pro-rate for shorter and longer stays. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices.
The telephone can only used locally & to receive calls. However, in case you need to be contacted during day time & to free your mind of an urgent phone call we do have cellular phones for rental. You’ll have your own private phone number before you leave your country. A weekly rental for your own phone with a 10 Euros calling card included is 50.00€.
The start of your stay begins at or around 12:00NOON. However you can drop your luggage at the apartment earlier if needed. Your departure should take place on your check out day no later than 12:00NOON. If the apartment is rented the same day/morning as your departure, we kindly request that you allow our cleaning person to come around 9:00AM to prepare the apartment for the next guest’s arrival. You are welcome to leave your packed luggage at the apartment before your departure. Our agency welcomes guests 7 days a week without extra charge, unless your arrival is after 7:00PM. In that case we collect a greeter fee of 30€ which is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
On this apartment we suggest that clients use the airport pick-up service to guarantee a smooth arrival. The drivers know the properties very well and can coordinate your arrival with the let-in person who is waiting for you at the property. We can arrange this pick-up service for you.
Rates are from the airport: 85€ for 1-2 passangers, 110€ for 3-4 passangers, and 135€ for 5-6 passengers.
Rates are from the train station: 40€ for 1-2 passangers, 55€ for 3-4 passangers, and 85€ for 5-6 passengers.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. We will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY
