Paris lovers could hardly ask for a better address than Quai Voltaire, which parallels the Seine river on the Left Bank and offers a spectacular view on the Seine River, the Louvre, and the Tuileries.For a single person or a couple who will not have overnight guests, we know of no finer apartment anywhere in Paris than this flawless one-bedroom property on the marvellous Quai Voltaire. The apartment is airy and bight with naturel light streaming all day, quiet, decorated with understated charm and impeccable good taste, furnished with fine pieces that impart an ambiance of warmth and comfort, and superbly located in an arrondissement known for its aristocratic neighborhoods.
This luxuriously appointed property was fully restored in 1997 with an eye for elegant details (It took almost a year to fully renovate it since the owner wanted this place to be absolutly perfect). Fully air-conditioned, it is located on the fifth French floor (US 6th floor), reachable by elevator that rise from the well-maintained lobby. The apartment has plenty of closet space. This exceptional property is our ultimate accomodation. It may easily be compared with the most exclusive Suite of a 5-Star Hotel.Downstairs The fully-modernized kitchen is equipped with a micro-wave oven, full range, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, expresso machine and looks onto the living-room through an elegant wooden-iron bar
The airy living-dining room is furnished with a table for four guests, 2 leather sofas one for 2 guests and the other for 3 guests, an armchair, and a coffee-table.
The Library-sitting room is furnished with a sofa for 3 guests, coffee-table, and cable TV/VCR. The downstairs bathroom is fully accessorized including a shower, sink and a WC
Upstairs
The bright and airy bedroom has very high ceiling and exposed beams and is furnished with a queen-size bed.
The office room adjacent is equipped with a Xerox machine, fax and printer (HP LaserJet 1100)
It has an ensuite bath, also with a WC, tub, and a separate shower and glass-door curtain. This bathroom has a stacked washing machine and separate dryer.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS AN END OF STAY CLEANING FEE FOR THIS PROPERTYThe usual initial payment is 50% plus the security deposit. Final payment: You may pay the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card or check.
Once we have received your initial payment we will send you a confirmation and ask you to give us information on your flight and arrival time. You will also receive a final confirmation with all the necessary information (apartment street address, building entry codes, apartment's telephone number and the Paris representatives telephone numbers) and date balance is due .
CAR SERVICE Should you need it, we can also reserve a reliable taxi for you for the ride from the airport (the driver would wait for you after customs with your name on a sign. Charges from CDG 90 Euros for up to 4 guests, 125 Euros for 5-8 guests.
Charges from Nord 65 Euros for up to 3 guests, 95 Euros for 4-8 guests.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $75 FEE FOR ALL SUNDAY ARRIVALS.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
The initial payment is non-refundable. Then, 10 weeks or less prior to the first day of tenancy: no refund at all.Security deposit: The security deposit varies and is refundable.
TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY
In the event You are prevented from taking Your Trip due to:
Injury, Sickness or Death to Yourself, an Immediate Family Member, Travel Companion or a Business Partner;
You or Your Traveling Companion are involved in an auto accident en route to departure (must have police report);
Serious damage to the Insured's principal residence from fire, flood, or similar natural disaster;
You or Your Traveling Companion have been hijacked, quarantined, subpoenaed or required to serve on a jury;
Your employer at time of enrollment transfers You which requires Your principal residence to be relocated;
The death or hospitalization of the Insured's host whose principal place of residence is where the Insured is to stay;
Terrorism in the country where You are originally ticketed to travel and the U.S. government issues a recommendation that travel be restricted during the time You are traveling; If You, Your Traveling Companion or Immediate Family Members in the Armed Forces or units auxiliary are called to emergency duty for a national disaster other than war.

Deposit Policy
The fully refundable security deposit is payable one month prior to the first day of tenancy and will be refunded one week after the last day of tenancy. Of course, we will send a security deposit receipt.
