It is within equal reach of the very pleasant Jardin des Plantes with its Natural History museum, the Francois-Mitterrand Library. The Place d' Italie leads in to the famous Chinese Quarter. The Latin Quarter and Bercy sports arena are not far away. The Ecole Nationale des Arts et Metiers is very close, while Censier and Jussieu Unversities and the Arab World Institute are easily accessible.
All apartments have a breakfast room, bathroom with separate toilet, hairdryer, iron, and some are equipped for people with reduced mobility. For a supplemental charge, there is a private outdoor car park, automatic laundry and dry-cleaning services, bookings for shows, car hire, baby sitting and extra cleaning services.

For reservations of 1-7 nights the cancellation is to be received 48 hours prior to arrival with a administration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 48 hours there is the additional cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation.For reservations of 7 nights or more the cancellation is to be received 14 days prior to arrival with a administration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 14 days there is the additional cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation. For reservations of 30 nights or more the cancellation is to be received 28 days prior to arrival with a administration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 28 days there is the additional cancellation fee of the first weeks accommodation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.
If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.
