The apartment is directly behind the Comedie-Francaise and the gardens of the Palais-Royal with its arcades and restaurants. The Louvre is a three minute walk away, while the Tuileries Gardens and the banks of the Seine are a mere five minute walk. Numerous boutiques and restaurants stretch from avenue de l'Opera, just outside the apartment, to rue de Rivoli, via rue Saint Honore, place Vendome and les Halles.
All apartments have a bathroom (with hairdryer and separate toilet in 1 bedroom) and some are equipped for people with reduced mobility. For reservations of 1-7 nights the cancellation is to be received 48 hours prior to arrival with a administration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 48 hours there is the additional cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation.For reservations of 7 nights or more the cancellation is to be received 14 days prior to arrival with a administration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 14 days there is the additional cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation. For reservations of 30 nights or more the cancellation is to be received 28 days prior to arrival with a administration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 28 days there is the additional cancellation fee of the first weeks accommodation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.
If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.
