CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT A confirmation is mailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details. Your telephone calls will be metered and charged against your credit card. We receive billing from British Telecom; however, some billings take as long as 90 days to arrive. Remember, your phone bill will be charged to your credit card. Also, be aware that in England, ALL CALLS are charged, even local calls. You may use your credit card for long distance calls, but British Telecom will meter local calls.

DAMAGES: Any damage will be charged to your card.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50%deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.

A lovely apartment in a convenient area.

The apartment was clean and bright. Perfect for two women traveling together but would also be great for a couple with two children. The area is so convenient and there are a lot of great restaurants to choose from. When we were ready to leave transportation to the airport was arranged by our greeter (who was awesome) and our driver was on time and very helpful.

The property was perfect! We had an amazing stay and our property manager could not have been more helpful...extended our check out time with no issues. The house is warm and homely with a well equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms suited our needs perfectly...would have no hesitation in recommending and would definitely return. For us there is no better location...200 meters to Harrods!

The apartment was in a very convenient location. It was generally well equipped . Dave who picked us up at the airport was great. We would certainly call on him again. The expense was well worth it.

Carpet REALLY should be replaced . Otherwise a very comfortable accommodation, in a very central location. The LondoGuest personnel were very accommodating.

First of all, it was just fine. They are never quite as nice as in the photos and this was no exception, but the location was fabulous, the kitchen was pretty well stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes anyone would need, and we had a nice stay there. The street is quiet, and with the courtyard at the back we weren't bothered at all by city noise. The furnishings are tasteful, nice prints on the walls, nice things sitting around to look at. The sofa was a little difficult for me because it's very low. The things that we weren't so happy with were the following: 1) When you first walk in it gives a little of a worn impression. Now I know this is London and the buildings are very old, but the carpeting is worn (holes in some places) and thin (the floor is hard and so uneven under the carpeting that I actually kept tripping just walking down the hall). It would have been nice if they had padding under the carpet. 2) The TV service is a disaster. I suppose normally renters don't spend that much time in the flat, but because my husband wasn't feeling well we spent quite a bit of time there. We were interested in news, the Australian Open, the Olympics. The TV guide just plain doesn't work (it's often blank), the selection of channels is poor (no CNN for example), the TV froze on one channel frequently (the only way to clear it was to turn it off for 10 or 15 minutes and try again), and believe it or not it turned itself on. We would turn it off and walk away and a minute later it would turn on again. It was frustrating to say the least. 3) Heat. Now once again, I know this is England. We lived there for 3 years so I know how the Brits are about heat. However, this flat has the heat programmed to shut off during the day. We really couldn't do anything about it. For people who shower morning or evening, maybe this works. But when I can I like to shower mid-afternoon and have time to let my hair day before going out to dinner. It was mighty cold long about 3:00, even without a wet head. So - those are my comments. We own rental property in Vermont so I know from experience that feedback is important. We hear from our renters when the mattresses need replacing. All of my comments are intended as constructive. I don't know if you are in touch with the owners at all, but it might be interesting to them to know these things.

Perfect location with wonderful aminities!!

The unit was ideal for us and the location was even better! We loved the neighborhood and felt so safe we even allowed our 14 yr old to go to Harrods on her own! Christina met us and gave us a quick tour and ensured we had everything we needed. I was particularly impressed by little things such as electrical converters being there and detergent so we were able to wash a couple of loads of laundry. I would use this company and this flat again without hesitation!!

Large comfortable apartment

The only downside was the steep steps down to the front door, but the staff at London Guest Suites helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure. The location was excellent - handy for South Kensington & Knightsbridge stations. Plenty of restaurants and foodstores nearby. Kitchen well supplied with cooking utensils and dishes etc. It was a bit difficult to use a hairdryer as the electrical outlets were not close to a mirror.

Our family of four rented this apartment for 4 nights in August, 2013. Perfect size for the four of us. GREAT location, one block over from the main street through Knightsbridge, but nice and quiet and residential for evenings. Easy walk to the tube and many restaurants and shops are very close by. We had great weather, so Air Conditioning was not needed, but if it's too hot there, I would say it would be rather uncomfortable with no A/C. Fans were in each of the rooms to help air circulate and with it being a lower level apartment, it should stay somewhat cool even during hotter days. Loved this place, would most definitely stay here again. Great service from David on picking us up at Heathrow. Great recommendations from him and really enjoyed the ride, as he gave us great tips on the city.
