PHOTOS are of various 1-bedroom apartments, all of the same high standard and luxury. This lovely, small, privately-owned boutique property is situated in the heart of Knightsbridge. The 21 sumptuous apartments ranging in size from 1 to 4-bedrooms. All include free wireless internet access, flat screen televisions in all living rooms and bedrooms offering a large selection of satellite programs, including International channels, iPod connectors in all bedrooms and living rooms, a DVD player, safe, hairdryer, and iron/ironing board. STANDARD 1-BEDROOM, 1-BATHROOM (accommodates 2) Approximately 482 sq ft (44.7sqm), mostly located on lower floors of the building. The apartments on lower ground floor have a private patio. Every apartment consists of one bedroom with king-sized bed that can be split into 2 twin beds, a private or en-suite bathroom with bathtub, a combined living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave, and fridge. This apartment is fully air-conditioned. We also offer Superior and Executive 1-bedroom apartments in this lovely building: SUPERIOR 1-BEDROOM, 1.5-BATHROOOM (accommodates 3) See PROPERTY #108 Approximately 500 sq ft (46.5sqm), located on the first floor (second floor US). Every apartment consists of one bedroom with king-sized bed that can be split into 2 twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, an additional cloakroom, a combined living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave and fridge. Superior apartments are larger than standard apartments and have an additional cloakroom and a sofa bed in the lounge for additional person ($32 per night - additional charge). This apartment is fully air-conditioned. EXECUTIVE 1-BEDROOM, 2-BATHROOM (accommodates 3) See PROPERTY #720 Approximately 603 sq ft (56sqm), located on lower ground floor. Every apartment consists of one bedroom with king-sized bed that can be split into 2 twin beds, 2 full bathrooms (one with walk-in shower), a living room with a separate dining room and additional storage space, a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave, and fridge. Executive apartment is our largest 1 bedroom apartment type with larger patio either off the bedroom or the lounge. Sofa bed in the lounge can be used for an additional person ($32 per night - additional charge). This apartment type is fully air-conditioned. There is a working fireplace in either the lounge or the dining room creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. In addition, satellite TV, DVD, Video, hi-fi equipment, direct dial telephone with voice mail and individual line. Focusing on guests’ satisfaction, offering state of the art technology for Internet access being high speed ISDN or modem connection. Furthermore, a safe, hairdryer and iron/ironing board are also available. Serviced daily, bed linen is changed every two days, towels every day. Laundry service and dry cleaning are available. On arrival a large welcome basket with breakfast ingredients is provided. If you need more substantial provisions, we are happy to organise this prior to arrival. Prices quoted are per apartment, per night (daily rates for stay of 6 nights or less) or per week (weekly rates for stay of 7 nights or more). All rates are inclusive of VAT at 20%. TELEPHONES On arrival a credit card imprint or cash (sterling) will be taken as security for telephone charges. Telephone calls are charged at 27p per unit. Each apartment has its own direct line.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

There is a $250.00 cancellation fee. If notice of cancellation is received in writing 14 days (low & mid season) or 42 days (high season) prior to arrival, full refund, minus the $250 fee, is given. However, where less than 14 days (42 days for high season) notice is given no refund will be made, unless the accommodation can be re-let.

If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.

Deposit Policy

For reservations made 10 weeks or more before commencement of stay 20% advance payment is due immediately. Written confirmation wil be provided upon receipt of this payment. Balance of payment due 10 weeks prior to commencement of stay unless alternative arrangements have been made. When advance payment has been made by credit card the balance will automatically be debited. If commencement of stay is within 10 weeks of reservation being made, then full payment is due

An Excellent Experience!

We stayed here for two weeks in June and had a wonderful stay. The room was lovely and the service was absolutely excellent. The rooms are pretty, very clean and well appointed. The staff was exceptional throughout. Although the standard one bedroom was a bit small for three people, it would have been fine for two. The bustling location was perfect for us and walking distance to the V&A and the Natural History museums and the wonderful restaurants in Chelsea. We will return on our next visit!
