This is a spacious and elegant attractively decorated double fronted mews house situated in a small quiet mews. It is of excellent quality with wood flooring throughout. The house has a large sitting and dining reception room with double doors leading to a paved garden with fountain. There is a new plasma screen with Bose cinema surround sound and four other televisions with Sky satellite channels. There is a spectacular kitchen with great attention to detail including all machines. All the bathrooms are fully tiled with fixed overhead showers. There are five bedrooms over the two top floors. Four bedrooms + study with a pull out sofa bed. The spacious master bedroom is on the top floor and has a Queen bed, large fitted wardrobe with drawers, flat screen TV, access to the balcony and en suite bathroom. The second smaller bedroom on the same floor, also with access to the balcony, has a Queen bed, fitted wardrobe and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom is quite large with a King bed and a separate Single bed. There is also a desk, TV and a wardrobe. The fourth bedroom is also en suite and comes with a standard Double bed, fitted double wardrobe and a desk. The study/5th bedroom has a Double pull out sofa-bed, good cupboards and a desk. There is A/C in the bedrooms. Broadband and the use of a high speed computer printer scanner Sky Digital TV/VCR in all the bedrooms and Sky Digital TV/DVD. There are four bath/shower rooms and a guest cloakroom downstairs making 5 toilet's in all. There is a single garage. Car parking can be arranged at $50 per day, bookable in advance.
