In a good standing Haussmannian building made safe with a code and then an intercom and with lift, the apartment is on the first floor. It is very bright as it has a double exposure. The living room and one of the bedrooms (with triple glazed windows) give onto the street but no noise will reach you as it is a very quiet street. The other bedrooms give onto the courtyard. The apartment has been entirely refurbished recently, so it is very clear, clean and very functional. Even if it is open on the main room, you will still have some privacy when you will sleep as this part of the main room is a bit apart from the main living area.
