It boasts a baroque church, refined boutiques, old-fashioned bistros and brassery, delicate chocolate and food shops, a florist, bakeries, a wonderful cheese shop and many pretty teahouses. The island has a village feel about it and after staying in it a day or two, you will be enamoured. Many of the most important attractive sites of Paris are located nearby. The Pompidou Centre, the Louvre Museum, the Tuileries Garden, Champs Elysées, the Sainte Chapelle, the Latin Quarter, the Bastille and Le Marais are either within walking distance. In a very high standing building entirely refurbished and made safe with two different codes, with a large lift at your disposal (a wheel chair can easily fit in), the apartment is on the first floor, giving onto the courtyard. The flat itself is equipped with very high quality and brand new furniture and equipment. Good taste, comfort and quality were master words in the furnishment of this place. Central air conditioning is also available. Everything here has been thought and designed for your own satisfaction and pleasure. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed that allows two further people to sleep there, a table to have dinner and a desk where one will be able to work. The kitchen is open on the living room and comes fully equipped. Very functional and high standard, it will turn you into a « cordon bleu » and for the ones more used to cooking into one of the greatest French Chefs. The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and the ambiance here is warm and cosy. A dressing is accessible from the bedroom: it will allow you to store all your stuff and luggage very easily. The bathroom, accessible from the livingroom, has a bathtub and lavatories are not separate. Each room has an independent air conditioning control. Excellent standing Building . The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. What can we say about the view, except that, it is according to us, the best of Paris! In addition, a small balcony with a small table and two chairs will allow you to drink a glass of wine contemplating the rear of Notre Dame de Paris at sunset. Arthur Miller said "The most beautiful rear views in the world are betting Notre Dame and the back of my wife." For Marilyn Monroe, it is too late but for Notre Dame de paris you still have time! Apartment composed of three rooms. A lounge, very sunny, with a magnificent view over the Seine. A dining room, with a table that could accommodate up to 8 guests and a very comfortable sofa bed for two additional sleeps. The bedroom has a double bed (160 * 200). Located in a great area, right in the center of central Paris. A short walk will get you to Les Deux Magots and its rival Café de Flore, where Simone de Beauvoir, Albert Camus, and Jean-Paul Sartre hung out in the 1920’s and whipped up surrealism and existentialism out of sheer logic… and perhaps repeat encounters with the bottle. You enter this tasteful one-bedroom apartment from white-façaded, boutique-lined rue du Bac – your door faces St. Germain church -- by taking the elevator to the 4th floor. Stepping into the space, you are immediately aware of the quiet afforded by its view onto a beautiful private courtyard. Street noises have vanished. You are ready to enter the world of true Parisians. The living space is lined with bookshelves, flooded with sunshine, and decorated with impeccable French taste. There’s a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your artisanal culinary treasures from the Parisian markets, and a sunny dining table on which to enjoy them. The bedroom houses a comfortable double bed in supreme quiet, and the bath is beautifully tiled and très français. This apartment is a perfect place to relax between forays into the most exciting parts of Paris. Originally a train station, this Beaux Arts treasure on the Seine was completed just in time for the 1900 World’s Fair. A little ways down the river, another iron newcomer for the Fair, the Eiffel Tower, was built with materials trained up from the Southwest of France arriving at the Gare d’Orsay. However, unlike Gustav Eiffel, the station’s architects had made a fatal design flaw – the platforms were too short to accommodate the much bigger trains that came into being soon after its completion. By 1939, the lovely station was consigned to short suburban runs out of Paris’s southern end, after which it became the set for several films and home to a small theater company. Sixteen years later, in 1986, the Musée d’Orsay opened, housing its robust and precious collection of impressionism and post-impressionism. An Italian woman architect, Gaë Aulenti, had won the interior design contract – and, unlike I.M. Layout This charming 60sqm apartment has been entirely renewed just recently. It has 2 separate bedrooms and can sleep up to four people. The entrance gives on the main room, divided in two areas : living area with a couch and two armchairs, and dining area with a dining table where four people can sit. One of the bedrooms is just behind the dining area, separated from the main room with two sliding doors. It features a double bed (140x200) and built-in storage space. The second bedroom is reachable from a small corridor that also leads to the bathroom and to the toilets. It features a two single beds (80x200). They can be put together to form a queen sized bed if needed (160x200), a desk, a wardrobe and built-in storage space. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and toilets. Other toilets with a washbasin are located in a separate room, next to the bathroom. The fitted kitchen is next to the entrance door, it gives on the living-room and features a store cupboard. This lovely apartment can sleep four people, it is quiet, comfortable and extremely well located in St Germain, at a very interesting price.

This lovely mews house is located on a cobbled mews street in the heart of Kensington. The entrance is on the ground floor, with steep stairs lead up to the first floor. On the first floor is a quite spacious sitting room with sofa, armchairs, flat screen TV, decorative fireplace and 2 large sash windows. The sitting area is open with the dining area, which has a table with seating for 6. Also on the first floor is the kitchen which is well equipped with small breakfast bar and 2 stools, cooking range with oven and stove top, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and good storage. There is a door from the kitchen that leads onto the roof terrace which is decked and has table with 6 chairs. On the first floor is also the 3rd bedroom/sitting room which has two sofas (one converts to a single bed) and flat screen TV. The washer/dryer is on this floor, as well as a bathroom on this floor and it has bath with handshower, wash hand basin and loo. Stairs lead up to the 2nd floor where there are 2 more bedrooms - each offer twin beds with good closet space. There is also a bathroom on this floor and it has power shower stall, wash hand basin and loo. This comfortable home offers spacious accommodation, and is conveniently located for all the many shops, restaurants and amenities of Kensington High Street with both Holland Park and Kensington Gradens close by. The nearest underground is at High Street Kensington, an easy 3 to 4 minute walk away.

A mezzanine with a very comfortable single bed (130x200) is accessible with a ladder (kids will also be able to work on their piano lessons there!). The leather sofa, the massive wooden furniture and the wooden beams and floor give a warm and homely feeling to this room. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed (160x200) and nice decoration. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200), and another bed for one person (130x200) on the mezzanine. Large wall closets will allow you to store your luggage. The kitchen, in Provençal style, is separate and comes fully equipped. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet and another toilet is separate. This apartment, thanks to its double exposure, is very sunny and as the windows overlook the courtyard, is also very quiet. Joined to property code 2483, in the same property, big families or big friends group will have the opportunity to stay at the same address when in Paris. In conclusion, this vacation rental in Paris is one of the greatest ones we can suggest: comfortable, at a very reasonable price, well located and unique, you will not regret renting this wonderful Paris apartment. This apartment has an exceptional location: on the boarder of the 6th and the 7th district, it has one foot in Saint Germain and the other one in Montparnasse… This is a very pleasant and upscale area, very residential and safe. Very close to Rodin museum, the Ecole Militaire, the Invalides and also the Eiffel Tower, downtown is not so far either… In the very same street, bakeries, butchery, many other shops with especially the Bon Marché are just waiting for your visit to offer you a glimpse of the French way of life. The closest subway stop is Vaneau but Sevres Babylone and Duroc, where you can catch different lines, are five minutes away by foot. The building, with its wooden beams, is very authentic, and comes from the 17th century. The courtyard is also charming and was at that time a way for the musketeers’ horses. The Paris apartment is on the third floor without a lift, and is made safe with a code first and then an intercom. The apartment has been entirely renovated and refurnished with brand new and top quality equipment. History and comfort are waiting for you in this Paris short-term rental.
