It is composed of a living room with an American kitchen entirely equipped. This room enjoys a superb view on the Eiffel tower. The first bedroom, on the same level, has two single beds. The second, on the first floor, has a very large double bed (180 *200). The bathroom has a very nice Italian shower. This apartment is superbly furnished, very pleasant and enjoys a great location two steps away of the "Beau Marché".

FYI there is only one toilet in this flat so at full capacity this can be a issue for some guests. Also this is a vibrant, busy neighborhood so light sleepers might want to consider a different location.

The living room has large windows that lets lots of light inside. The ceiling height upstairs is very small and the staircase is quite narrow so we wouldn't recommend tall people or young children staying here. Main bedroom has one double bed, and upstairs has two single beds, and there's a sofa bed double pull out in the common area. One bathroom only

The Oriental art brings character to this room. The third bedroom has a twin bed and has a work desk and chair. The second bathroom is modern styled with tile , shower, basin and loo. The parks of Wimbledon Common are just a 5 minute walk and great area for biking, jogging and walking. You also have several local pubs, shopping and restaurants in the Common.

To get into town, catch the number 200 bus (every 7/10 minutes) from the stop virtually outside your door. This takes you, via Wimbledon village, to Wimbledon tube (District line) and railway station – direct trains to Vauxhall where you connect to the Victoria tube line and Waterloo connecting with the Northern, Jubilee and Bakerloo lines; the journey takes 30/40 minutes.

It is walking distance to the Seine, Sainte Chapelle and Conciergerie. The closest metro stations are St-Germain-des-Prés, Mabillon and Odéon. Standing This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a high standard building with a lift. All the windows have double glazing, the apartment is then really quiet. The windows of the main room give on the St Germain Boulevard and the windows of the bedroom give on Dragon Street. Layout This 50sqm apartment is a wonderful place. The entrance gives on a hallway from where you will access all the rooms. The lovely bedroom has a queen-sized bed (160x200), a desk and a large closet. The contemporary bathroom is reachable from the hallway, firt door on the right from the entrance door. It has a walk-in shower. Opposite the bathroom, in another room, you will find the toilets. The main room is at the end of the corridor. It is divided in two areas : the living-room area and the dining-room area. An elegant wooden furniture divided the room. On the living-room side it has been made to store the king size flat TV screen so you don't see it if you don't want to. A comfortable sofabed (with a double bed 140x200) has been installed, it will enable two people to sleep. In the living area you will also find another desk and two couches. On the dining room side, up to six guests can sit at the dining table. The modern fitted kitchen is open on the main room which makes the whole room airy and friendly. High chairs will enable you to use the bar. This apartment has an A/C system. Highly appreciated during the summer season… This apartment is perfect for four people. It is well maintained and has been decorated with much taste. If you like the mix of traditional furniture and the comfort of contemporary equipment, you will love this wonderful place, a peaceful retreat in the heart of a lively area.
