This 'Directoire' townhouse has been in the same family for over two centuries and has underground tunnels used during the revolution for escape routes and as a means of communication for the resistance movement. In 10min you will reach Montparnasse and in 20min you will be in St Michel. Located on the 5th floor of a residence with lift, door code and intercom, this apartment offers an absolute calm. Its windows give on a courtyard planted with trees. This 47sqm apartments has two rooms. The bedroom has a double bed 160x200 which consists in 2 single bed of 80x200. They cannot be separated though. In the main room you will find a coffee table and two couches. A dining table with chairs will accomodate four people if needed. The kitchen is equipped. It is reachable from the entrance hall. It is open on the living-room by a window so both rooms communicate, which is convenient if someone prepares the breakfast while the other waits in the living-room. The bedroom and the living-room both have large windows that give on the courtyard. Therefore the whole apartment is really bright and quiet. The bathroom is accessible from the corridor between the main room and the bedroom. It has a bathtub. The toilets are separate, accessible from the corridor. This apartment can sleep two people. Calm, bright, pleasant, this place will seduce couples visiting Paris or corporate travellers who would need a place to stay. To live in this area will definitely make you feel like a true Parisian. The main points of interest will still be easily reachable by metro or bus, so do not hesitate to ask us about this fairly priced apartment!
