It gives on a court and enjoys an absolute quietness. The apartment has just been renovated by an architect. Small surface, but incredibly arranged with a multitude of easy ways to optimize 40 m2. You will find there two independant bedrooms , one with a double bed (140x190) and the other with two single beds (70x190). The living room has a table than can be used as a coffee table in the “living room” version and as a dining table that can accommodate up to 5 guests.
