A contemporary red sofa with silk cushions and classic grey chair, combined with an antique Asian mirror, several pieces of art, modern light fixtures and a black and red colour scheme, creates a chic space that is perfect for relaxing whilst away from home. The closest subway stop is Vaneau but Sevres Babylone and Duroc, where you can catch different lines, are five minutes away by foot. Located on the 5th floor of a building with a lift. The access is secured by two door codes. You will first have to cross a lovely paved courtyard and then you will reach the building. The windows of the apartment give on another paved courtyard planted with a tree. The apartment itself is very quiet. This 35sqm apartment has two rooms. It can sleep up to three people. It is cozy, very bright and very quiet. The living-room features a sofabed (with a large single bed, 130x200), an armchair and a dining table for four people. The bedroom is on the other side of the corridor. It is very charming with a decorative chimney. It features a double bed (140x200) and a wardrobe. The fitted kitchen is next to the bedroom, right in front of the entrance door. The bathroom is next to the kitchen. It is very…pink and has something of the 70's. It is small but functional with a walk-in shower and toilets.
