Good 18 century standing building with digicode and Intercom for security. Studio of 27 square metres on the third (European way) floor with no elevator. This little very luxury studio has a splendid view on the place Sainte Catherine with no vis à vis and a west exposition that guarantee you a lot of sun during the summer. Furnished with very high attention, you will find in this optimized space a dish washer, a washing machine, a flat screen television. The kitchen is fully equipped.
