The closest subways are the Louvre-Rivoli and Palais Royal-Museum of Louvre. Standing Building of good standing. The apartment gives on an interior court and a calm street. It has a very great height under ceiling and a sight released on a typically Parisian street which is in the axis of the windows of the apartment. Layout Apartment of 90 m2 superbly furnished. It is composed of a very large living room and two bedrooms. The Living room has a sofabed(160 cm) and of a table making it possible to accomodate 7 guests. The kitchen, entirely equipped, is open on this last. First bedroom gets double bed (140 cm) and gives on the courtyard. The second has three single beds, two beds can be put side by side to form a double bed. The bathroom, very luxury one, is equipped with a bath-tub and a separate shower. This apartment is perfect for the one in love with true Paris in a living district in the full center of the capital.

In the deep heart of the historical Marais, located on a pedestrian street, this apartment is in very central location in Paris. The Pompidou Centre is just around the corner. The neighbourhood is as lively by day as by night but remains very safe. The closest subway stops are Chatelet, Hôtel de Ville and Rambuteau. Located on the first floor of a building without a lift, this apartment looks out on to Quincampoix Street. All the windows are double glazed so you will live in a quiet environment. The access is secured by a door code. This 125 sqm apartment is absolutely lovely. It has 3 floors and can accommodate up to four guests. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the top floor. A mezzanine level with a sleeping area and another bathroom is on the 2nd floor The first floor features a spacious room with the living area, the dining area and a lovely work space (and the kitchen of course) It has high ceilings and feels like a loft. This room has been divided in several areas. The living-room features two very comfortable couches and an armchair. The dining area features a table for four people. The office area features a contemporary desk, perfect place to work should you need to. This room has large windows overlooking the street. The fitted kitchen is on the same floor, it gives on the dining area. A spiral staircase will lead you up to the two upper floors. You will first reach the mezzanine level. It features two lovely contemporary armchairs and a double bed (140x200). Note that the double bed was not on the pictures when we shot the apartment but it is a proper double bed for two people. You can store your clothes in the large closet with hanging racks. This level also features a large flat television with cable TV. The people sleeping in this room will have their own bathroom, on the same floor, featuring a walk-in shower and toilet. The master bedroom is on the top floor. It is lovely, all in black and white, featuring a queen size bed (160x200) and closet space. You will have to climb few steps to reach the en-suite bathroom. It has a bathtub and separate toilet. There are free calls to the USA, Canada, Australia and NZ.

This exceptional and rare private mansion was owned and built for the Marquis de Vaux in the eighteenth century. Just to get a synopsis of the grandeur of the building, one should go through the booklet that's left on the coffee table recounting (in French though!) the history of this amazing and famous place. The French writer Mr. Alphonse Daudet was married to the owner's daughter and spent time in the mansion. Some well-known French socialites and sportspeople (no names please!) also resided there. The actual owner of the apartment has lived there for over thirty years. After entering the immense private courtyard one climbs a single flight of stairs to enter the apartment. Sorry, but French building laws do not allow for the installation of a lift in this kind of building! One enters the large living room where to the left there are steps taking you to the mezzanine which doubles as an extra bedroom when needed and the office that overlooks the very classy dining room.
