This apartment is located on the ground floor of a very good standard building in an extremely safe area. All the windows are double glazed. The apartment is quiet, perfect to rest after a long day walk. Layout This 200sqm (2150sq ft) apartment has two separate bedrooms. However it can sleep six people. From the entrance hall you will have to come down few steps to arrive in the majestic and spacious hallway that leads to a room which is more like an 'entrance living-room' where a person can sleep as there is a single bed couch (80x190). From this first living-room you will reach the spacious main room, the real living-room, fursnished with much taste and featuring several couches and armchairs, perfect to receive guests. One of these couches is another single bed (80x190). This living-room communicates with the living-room that also gives on the "entrance living-room". The dining-room has a large table that can accomodate up to eight guests. The long corridor leads to the two bedrooms. Each of them has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a double bed (140x200) and a wardrobe. You will find a large flat TV set in the biggest bedroom. A third bathroom is located at the end of the corridor. It also has a bathtub. Note that each bathroom features toilets. The apartment has four toilets as from the entrance living area you will access a small corridor leading to other toilets and a laundry room (with washer and dryer). In this corridor you will also find a wardrobe. The fitted kitchen is spacious enough for four people to eat there.

Located on the first floor of a building without a lift, this apartment looks out on to Quincampoix Street. All the windows are double glazed so you will live in a quiet environment. The access is secured by a door code. This 125 sqm apartment is absolutely lovely. It has 3 floors and can accommodate up to four guests. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the top floor. A mezzanine level with a sleeping area and another bathroom is on the 2nd floor The first floor features a spacious room with the living area, the dining area and a lovely work space (and the kitchen of course) It has high ceilings and feels like a loft. This room has been divided in several areas. The living-room features two very comfortable couches and an armchair. The dining area features a table for four people. The office area features a contemporary desk, perfect place to work should you need to. This room has large windows overlooking the street. The fitted kitchen is on the same floor, it gives on the dining area. A spiral staircase will lead you up to the two upper floors. You will first reach the mezzanine level. It features two lovely contemporary armchairs and a double bed (140x200). Note that the double bed was not on the pictures when we shot the apartment but it is a proper double bed for two people. You can store your clothes in the large closet with hanging racks. This level also features a large flat television with cable TV. The people sleeping in this room will have their own bathroom, on the same floor, featuring a walk-in shower and toilet. The master bedroom is on the top floor. It is lovely, all in black and white, featuring a queen size bed (160x200) and closet space. You will have to climb few steps to reach the en-suite bathroom. It has a bathtub and separate toilet. There are free calls to the USA, Canada, Australia and NZ.

Just to get a synopsis of the grandeur of the building, one should go through the booklet that's left on the coffee table recounting (in French though!) the history of this amazing and famous place.
