On the 4th floor with an elevator, this apartment is 105sqm. The entrance hall gives on the two aisles of the apartment. Overlooking the street, you will find three bedrooms. The living-room, the dining-room, the kitchen and the forth bedroom give on the other side of the building. The spacious entrance hall features large closets with sliding mirror doors. From the hall you will access the main room. It is very spacious and has been divided in two areas. First the living-room with two couches, a desk and a television. Secondly the dining-room with a large dining table for eight people. The large French windows give on a 5sqm balcony with a lovely view on the top of the Trinity Church. Note that the balcony is also accessible from the kitchen. From the living-room you will access the first bedroom. It features a queen size bed (160x200) and two wardrobes. This bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilets. From the entrance hall you will access a corridor. The second bathroom gives on this corridor.
