Standing This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a high standard building with a lift. All the windows have double glazing, the apartment is then really quiet. The windows of the main room give on the St Germain Boulevard and the windows of the bedroom give on Dragon Street. Layout This 50sqm apartment is a wonderful place. The entrance gives on a hallway from where you will access all the rooms. The lovely bedroom has a queen-sized bed (160x200), a desk and a large closet. The contemporary bathroom is reachable from the hallway, firt door on the right from the entrance door. It has a walk-in shower. Opposite the bathroom, in another room, you will find the toilets.
