The spacious sitting room is very light, bright, stylishly decorated and furnished, with 3 very large sash double glazed windows, 2 large sofas, decorative fireplace, shelving, TV, study area and dining table seating 4 in the bay window. The spacious kitchen is adjacent and is newly fitted, with excellent storage, large sash window, oven, hob (stove top), microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. There are a few steps that lead up to the bedroom from the hall. The bedroom is quietly situated at the back of the building and has a queen double bed, good closet space, TV and an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower over tub, wash hand basin and loo. (Although en suite the bathroom is up a couple of steps from the bedroom).
